Shen Fu, born in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province in 1932, is an artist of Beijing Art Center, a researcher of Hunan Oriental Celebrity Culture Research Institute, an elective course professor of Zhijiang College of Zhejiang University of technology, and a calligraphy professor of Hangzhou Shangcheng District academy of social sciences.

Former director of Zhejiang Kaihua library. The calligrapher inherited Zhang Zongxiang, director of Zhejiang Library in the 1950s, and Wang Duo was the second king of later learning. Since 1984, he has published works in China Pictorial, Hangzhou Daily, Thailand guofengyinyuan and other newspapers, and collected works for Jinggangshan Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Hall, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Zhejiang University of technology, Zhejiang Library and other units, as well as Japanese calligrapher Dazuo Jialong, Gao Mu Shengyu, Taiwan poet Lin Jingnan, Singapore poet Liu Qingyu and other individuals. In 1993, he participated in the painting and calligraphy Grand Prix in commemoration of Mao Zedong's centenary. In 1994, he was a calligraphy lecturer in Zhejiang University of technology and a visiting professor in Hangzhou Youth College. Now he is an artist in Beijing Art Center, a researcher in Hunan Oriental Celebrity Culture Research Institute, an elective course professor in Zhijiang College of Zhejiang University of technology, and a calligraphy professor in Hangzhou Shangcheng District academy of social sciences. It has been included in the classics of selected famous Chinese painters and calligraphers, the classics of world painters and calligraphers, and the series of Chinese artists.
