Shen Yusun (1756-1837), a native of Chang'an Town, was named caobin, whose name was Yujian. "There are few talented people in the chivalrous countryside.". The Academy was rebuilt and named "Yangshan academy".

Shen Yusun (1756-1837), a native of Chang'an Town, was named caobin, whose name was Yujian. "There are few talented people in the chivalrous countryside.". In 1802, Ruan Yuan, a famous scholar and governor of Zhejiang Province, named "Yangshan academy". As a result of all-out donation to start school, the family is in decline. In his later years, forced to make a living, he went to Guizhou for 10 years at the invitation of Li Zongfang of Shanyin. Later, he went with Li to Jiangxi as the head of Lingshan Caoyuan. He died in 1837, aged 80.
