Jiang Di, member of Chinese Writers Association, poet and prose writer. He is a member of the Communist Party of China. He was born in Mugua village, Jinlan Township, Hengyang County, Hunan Province on October 23, 1962. Literary creation began in 1981. He joined the Chinese Writers Association in 2000. He died of illness on July 21, 2003.

Character experience

He graduated from the Department of mechanical engineering of Hunan University in 1985 and worked in the University. After 1985, he successively served as the propaganda director and the Chief Secretary of the Communist Youth League Committee of Hunan University. In 1990, he went to Yuelu Academy to study the ancient academy sites and related cultural relics. Director of cultural relics research office, Yuelu Academy Culture Research Institute, Hunan University.
