Liang Wenkui (1918.08 ~ 2013.03.21), male, Han nationality, is from Guangyuan, Sichuan Province. CPC member, former political commissar of the Armed Forces Department of Fuling County, Fuling Prefecture, Sichuan Province, veteran Red Army, retired cadres who enjoy reimbursement of medical expenses according to the provincial (ministerial) level standard. On March 21, 2013, Comrade Liang Wenkui died at Dianjiang County People's Hospital in Chongqing at the age of 95.

Personal resume

In March 1935, he took part in revolutionary work.

From March 1935 to April 1938, he worked as a correspondent in the manager's office of the 93rd division of the 31st army of the Fourth Red front army and a spy company of the 772nd regiment of the 386th brigade.

In March 1937, he joined the Communist Party of China.

From April 1938 to April 1945, he was the head of the communication battalion, cavalry platoon, production department, student of the sixth branch of the Anti Japanese university, and leader of the armed and political work teams of the seventh division of the Taihang military region.

From April 1945 to January 1947, he was deputy director of the engineering company of the seventh division of Taihang military region and political commissar of the founding detachment.

From January 1947 to March 1948, he was the instructor of the 50th regiment of Taihang military region, the instructor of the 80th regiment of the 27th brigade of the 9th column of Shanxi Hebei Shandong Henan military region, and the leader of the liberation brigade.

From January 1949 to September 1952, he was the commander of the 15th army of the second field army, the political assistant of the logistics department, the deputy political commissar of Jiangjin guard battalion in Chongqing, and the director of the Political Department of the third regiment of Jigan in East Sichuan.

From September 1952 to January 1955, he studied in the first culture accelerated Middle School of Southwest Military Region.

From January 1955 to January 1964, he was political commissar of the Armed Forces Department of Fuling County, Chongqing. In February 1955, he was awarded the "three-level 81 Medal", "three-level independent freedom Medal" and "three-level Liberation Medal".

From January 1964 to July 1983, he was deputy director of the Civil Affairs Bureau of Dianjiang County, Chongqing.

In July 1983, he left to recuperate. With the approval of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, he enjoys political and economic treatment at the prefecture level.

On the afternoon of March 22, 2013, the farewell activity of Liang Wenkui's body was held in the funeral home of Dianjiang County. After the death of Comrade Liang Wenkui, the Chongqing municipal Party committee, the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, the Municipal People's government and the municipal CPPCC laid wreaths respectively. Huang Qifan, Zhang Xuan, Xu Jingye, Ma Zhengqi, Xu Songnan, Liu Qiang and other Chongqing municipal leaders, as well as relevant departments and units, respectively laid wreaths.

At 3:30 p.m. on March 22, 2013, Chongqing municipal leader Liu Qiang, responsible comrades of relevant departments and units such as the Organization Department of Chongqing municipal Party committee, Laogan Bureau of Chongqing municipal Party committee, Civil Affairs Bureau of Chongqing municipal Party committee and Dianjiang County, went to the funeral home of Dianjiang County to bid farewell to Comrade Liang Wenkui and express sympathy to his relatives.
