Liang biqiang (1531 ~?) Its name is yizhai and its name is yuansha. He is from liangsha village, Xinpo Town, Haikou City, Hainan Province.
In the second year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (1574), he was granted Jinshi and Jinjiang county magistrate of Quanzhou, Fujian Province. During his term of office, he strongly advocated abolishing the eight share system, reforming the examination, implementing the famous "Jinjiang talent examination law", and establishing the "original, entry, cooperation, expenditure, deposit" accounting law, which caused a sensation in Quanzhou for a time. He was praised by the imperial court examiner Wenzong as "the world's talented people let Jinjiang, Jinjiang talented people let will be strong". Among the students he trained, there were Imperial Envoys and imperial censor Cai Meng. In 1589, Cai Meng said that he had visited Liang biqiang, a temporary teacher in liangsha village of Qiongshan, built a memorial archway for him, inscribed the plaque of "Jinshi's home" personally, and toured Dongshan mountain, a famous scenic spot in Wanning county. He is fair and honest, close to the people's feelings, and deeply loved by the people. In 1593, he was promoted to the Ministry of rites. When he left for Beijing, Jinjiang people knelt down to see him off. After he became an official, he climbed Dongshan mountain again in 1609, which made people use stone slabs to build the "Duxian bridge" which can reach the top of huafengyan. Soon after, he was invited by Jinjiang people to provide for the aged in Jinjiang, and set up a library to teach and cultivate talents. He is the author of Canglang collection.
