In the case of few previous achievements, the broadcasting theorists and educators with Professor Zhang song as the leader and pioneer established the theoretical system and education and teaching system of Chinese Broadcasting Science, which is unique at home and abroad. Chinese broadcasting discipline has become an important base for academic research and high-level personnel training of broadcasting and hosting art in China. In the past 43 years, he has devoted most of his time and energy to the cultivation of young teachers, bringing out a team of young and middle-aged teachers, in addition to completing professional teaching, theoretical research, administration and other work. Three generations of teachers in the broadcasting department have received his guidance. Since 1999, three-quarters of his doctoral students have been celebrities in the industry and teachers in the broadcasting Department of our university.
Broadcasting professional teaching has its particularity. As a professional teacher, he should not only understand theory but also be able to practice; he should be able to teach big lessons and give individual guidance; at the same time, because the students are public figures in the future, they need to have noble quality and personality, and because of the teaching form of apprenticeship, professional teachers have a very direct and huge impact on students' ideological style It's very specific. Therefore, in view of these characteristics, he has strict requirements and enthusiastic encouragement for young teachers; he teaches in theory and helps in practice; he puts forward requirements in thought and gives careful guidance in methods; at the same time, he boldly uses them to create conditions for them to practice more and increase their talents in Teaching practice.
In recent years, the number of young teachers has increased. With the support of the Department, he has held a workshop for young teachers to teach professional theory and teaching methods for the young teachers who stay in school every year. He has personally led them to broadcast and preside over the practice, which has achieved good results.
In 2002, the school of broadcasting and hosting art took the lead in setting up a teaching supervision group composed of several old teachers. When he took the heavy appointment of "teaching supervision" from the leadership of the school, he felt that he had a great responsibility. Although the task of teaching and scientific research has been very heavy, he is still willing to take this responsibility. He takes time to listen to and evaluate classes to help young teachers improve the quality of teaching and make them grow up as soon as possible. Under the leadership of the old teachers, young teachers have gradually matured and began to shoulder the heavy responsibility of the lecturer. In recent years, some young teachers have been promoted to associate professors and professors, some have obtained doctor's degrees, and some have stepped into leading positions. Most of them have become academic leaders and academic backbones of the discipline.
In 2004, he established the professional committee of broadcasting and hosting art education of China Society of higher education in Communication University of China. As the first president, he proposed to hold a national advanced workshop for broadcasting and hosting teachers in Colleges and universities, and taught in person, training more than 70 young teachers for colleges and Universities in China.
In addition to teaching, he also pays attention to the improvement of young teachers' scientific research ability and theoretical academic level. In a number of national, ministerial and school level scientific research projects that he has undertaken and presided over in recent years, he has absorbed young teachers to participate in, such as "China Broadcasting" (the Seventh Five Year Plan Project of the Ministry of Education), "radio and television language art" (the National Social Science Fund Project), "broadcasting creation foundation" Young teachers have participated in the research. In scientific research practice, we should make them grow up as soon as possible.
In retrospect, at the beginning of the establishment of professional education, there were only a few professional teachers, with an annual enrollment of 20-30 students. There is only one enrollment College of this major, Beijing Broadcasting University. Today, there are more than 50 professional teachers and more than 1000 students in Communication University of China. There are nearly 180 broadcasting and hosting colleges nationwide, with an annual enrollment of nearly 20000. As the founder of broadcasting discipline and Chinese broadcasting theory, and one of the experienced persons in the development process of professional education, Mr. Zhang song is extremely excited and gratified to see the great development and changes of broadcasting specialty, a unique specialty in the world, from small to large, from weak to strong, and to see that there are successors in our career!
Although he is old and rare
