Character evaluation
Liang Xin's film literary creation can be divided into two periods. His early plays reflected several important historical periods of the people's revolutionary war, while his later works had a wide range of themes and contents, and there was a red line of anti feudalism between them. Based on the creative belief of "borrowing familiar people, performing joys and sorrows, expressing one's own feelings", he embodied history in people, and showed the essential characteristics of the times through the emotional actions of the characters in various historical periods. Like other writers, Liang Xin maintains and advocates the nationalization of films. His creative process is a process of carefully, carefully and seriously exploring the road of film nationalization. He attached importance to the expression of national consciousness and spirit, not limited to the description of love. He pays attention to nationalization in describing the actions of the characters in his plays. He is good at expressing the psychological state and love life of the characters, and he is good at using Qu Bi, but in expressing political struggle, he often appears shallow and lacks the characteristics of seclusion.
Character controversy
On April 17, 2012, Liang Danni, Liang Xin's daughter, and Feng Yuanzheng, Liang Xin's son-in-law, held a meeting in Beijing to explain the case of Liang Xin suing the Central Ballet for infringing the copyright of the screenplay the Red Detachment of women. Liang Xin and the Central Ballet signed an agreement in 1993, which agreed that the Central Ballet would pay Liang Xin a one-time 10-year copyright license fee in accordance with the copyright law at that time. However, after 2003, the Central Ballet continued to perform the ballet "the Red Detachment of women" without its permission, which constituted an infringement of the copyright of its film literature works. On April 18, Liang Xin sued the Central Ballet for copyright infringement, which was heard by the people's Court of Xicheng District, Beijing. On May 18, 2015, the people's Court of Xicheng District of Beijing made a public judgment on the case of Liangxin v. Central Ballet copyright dispute. The first trial ordered Zhongba to compensate Liangxin for economic losses and reasonable litigation expenses, totaling 120000 yuan, and made a written apology. in 2017, due to the Central Ballet's failure to comply with the court's judgment, the case has not been implemented, so Mrs. Liang Xin, Yin Shumin, applied to the court to change the executor, which was supported by the court. Feng Yuanzheng also launched an attack on the Central Ballet on the social network.
