Sun Hua (?)? ~He was born in Wuxiang County, Fengyi county (now Dali County, Shaanxi Province). The leader of Guanzhong uprising in the late Sui Dynasty.
In the 12th year of Daye (616), he fought against the Sui Dynasty and became the most powerful group in Guanzhong. He was granted the title of Duke of Wuxiang County and defeated the famous general Qu Toutong.
In the 13th year of Daye, he led the army to attack Daxing city and was killed by an arrow.
On July 14, the 12th year of Daye (616), Sun Hua raised his army against the Sui Dynasty. Yu Shiji asked Sui Yangdi to send troops to luokouchang. Sui Yangdi said that Yu Shiji was afraid of something. When Li Yuan set up his army, Sun Hua was the most powerful among the heroes in Guanzhong. On August 18, 617, Li Yuan went to fenyin to write to Sun Hua. On August 20, Li Yuan marched to hukou. On August 24, Sun Hua crossed the Yellow River from Yingyang to see Li Yuan. Li Yuan took his hand and sat down with him. He was awarded the title of doctor Zuo Guanglu

He was granted the title of "the supreme Minister of Feng Yi". Sun Hua can award the meritorious members to the government in turn, and Li Yuan has given Sun Hua a very rich reward. Li Yuan asked Sun Hua to cross the river first, and then sent Wang Changxie, Liu Hongji, Shi chenyanshou, the commander of the left leading army, and Shi danihe, the doctor of jinziguanglu, to lead 6000 cavalry troops to cross the river from Liangshan and set up camp in Hexi to wait for the army. In September, Sui general Qu Toutong sent sang Xianhe to lead thousands of Xiaoguo to attack Wang Changxie's camp at night. Sun Hua and Shi Danai sent rangers to attack sang Xianhe from behind, and they were defeated. On October 27, Li Yuan ordered his troops to attack Daxing city in Chang'an. It is stipulated that "do not violate the seven temples, Daiwang and Zongshi, or violate the rules of the three tribes of Yi." Sun Hua died in the middle of the battle.
