Ke Peiding (1851-1924) was named Qifu, and he was a fisherman. Pinghu people. Scholars and poets. Guangxu two years (1876) Ju Ren. Yu Yao, an official, was appointed ambassador of Fujian salt. He is the author of Zhu Lou Chang He Ji, Rong you Cao and Lu Chuan Zhu Zhi Ci.
