Yang Pu (1952 ～) male, Professor, College of Arts, Jilin Normal University, former dean of College of Arts, Jilin Normal University, and Dean of Northeast Culture Research Institute, leader of literature and art. Recipients of special government subsidies from the State Council. Director of northeast culture research center, provincial key cultural base. He is the leader of the provincial key discipline of literature and art, a young and middle-aged expert with outstanding contribution in Jilin Province, vice chairman of Jilin Errenzhuan Artists Association, and honorary president of Jilin folk custom Association.
Profile
Jilin Normal University Master of Arts tutor, Jilin University doctoral tutor. Young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions in Jilin Province. He was born in Dongliao County in 1952 and graduated from Chinese Department of Siping Normal University in 1977. He is mainly engaged in the teaching and research of modern and contemporary Chinese literature, literary criticism methodology and cultural anthropology.

Over the years, he has won a number of teaching and scientific research awards: one third prize of the Jilin provincial government's excellent teaching award; one second prize and two third prizes of the Jilin provincial government's Social Science Award; one first prize of the national film and Television Association Film Review Award; one first prize of the Changbai Mountain Culture Award of Jilin Province; one northeast drama research paper award of the three northeast provincial departments of culture; one first prize of the Jilin Provincial Department of culture Drama "Flying Tiger Award" a number of first and second prizes.

Rough road to study
Yang Pu was born in 1952 in a very poor peasant family in Liaoyuan. His parents worked hard to raise him and his brother. In the context of the general difficulties of the country, he and many other rural children spent that bitter childhood, no good, but left a touching and struggling story that can be tasted with his life. In 1962, the most hungry year, the whole family could eat a rice noodle soup for several days. At this time, his parents always gave him the only lump in the bowl, but he drank the thin and black batter soup. The poverty of his family didn't make Yang Pu shrink back. The family's helping each other in difficult times constituted his most precious memory. Despite the hardships of life, Yang Pu's eagerness to study did not diminish at all. In order to be able to study and get food, he gets up early every morning to collect dung from all over the village. Whether it's spring, summer, autumn and winter, whether it's sunny or rainy. "As long as you think of earning enough work points, you can study. You don't feel tired. In my eyes, picking up dung is picking up hope! " Mr. Yang Pu still remembers the scene when he was driving a donkey car, wearing a hollow cotton padded jacket without shirt and panties, picking up the dirt in the biting cold wind, and his hands and feet were so cold that he felt painful. After three years in the local primary school, I just went to junior high school to catch up with the "Cultural Revolution". Junior high school in intermittent read three years later was assigned back to Liaoyuan local bank work. At the age of 19, he took on the burden of supporting his family and worked very hard. However, he often felt that he had not read enough books. When he heard some college students in Siping Teachers College (the predecessor of our school) talking about the beauty of college, he was envious. Once upon a business trip to Siping, he went to Siping Teachers College in the suburb. The campus in May is full of peach blossom, which is beautiful. His strong desire for knowledge was rekindled in his heart. He resolutely quit the job that was able to support his family at that time, and went back to the way of study that many people regarded as "neurotic" behavior at that time. His resignation cut off one of the family's responsibilities
