Yang Dai, male, born in 1936, graduated from Beijing Institute of petroleum in 1958 with a bachelor's degree. He was promoted to senior engineer in 1988. Specializing in oil refining process design and planning.

Yang Dai, senior engineer, is the main participant of "Nanjing refinery dry vacuum distillation and atmospheric vacuum distillation technical transformation project" and "localization of diesel hydrodewaxing production technology". The former won the first prize of excellent design of China National Petroleum Chemical Industry Corporation in 1983, and the latter won the second prize of science and technology progress of China National Petroleum deepening Industry Corporation and the 85 year management progress award of Nanjing Municipal Economic Commission in 1990 First prize of labor competition and rationalization proposal achievement.
