Yang jiluan, a famous poet in Qing Dynasty, was born in Ziqing, Jiansheng and granted "Xiaolian Fangzheng" by the emperor. He was born in pingtian village, Ningyuan County, Hunan Province in 1799 and died in 1856. He was 57 years old. He is the author of two poems in chunxingge Shichao, which is now in Beijing Library.
Yang Ji Luan's poems are elegant in ancient style. They are close to Taibai and Tui, and are fresh and graceful in modern style. Yang jiluan and he Shaoji are of the same origin, and they are friendly to each other. After their death, what is the title of their tomb? It says: "they have light footprints in the world, and the eternal poems are cherished in Yongzhou."
