Li Fuyao (1848-1916), whose name is Youmei, was born in Xiangyin. He was born in Tongzhi County, and served as an official in Zhejiang Province.
When he lived in the funeral of his mother Xu, his grief and destruction were twice as great as those of the ancient rites. It was buried in feizhutang, the capital of Hexi, Changsha. It was named huaiyilu to express the admiration of its son. There are twelve books about rites written by Zhang Yangyuan, Wu Sugong, Wang Wan, Mao Qiling, Mao Xianshu, Yan ruoxian, Wu Zhuoxin, Li Wenzhao, Chen Zufan, Tang Jian, Zhang Huali and Zhou Bao. They are published separately and named "reading rites".
