Li Yuqing, a character of the Northern Song Dynasty. In the winter of the first year of the Song Dynasty (1054), he served as a transit envoy of Lizhou road and a doctor in charge of the Ministry of industry. Due to the precipitous old road in qingniling, the new kaibaishui Road, from Hechi post in Fengzhou to GuJu post in Xingzhou, was more than 50 Li Long and completed in December 2002. On the northern side of huibai highway, at the junction of qingyawan formation in Xiaohe village of Baishuijiang town and Gaojiashan formation in waquan village of Dahe township of Huixian County, there is a national cultural relic "new Baishui road" cliff inscription.
