Li Yinglan

Li Yinglan, male, Han nationality, born in February 1965 in Fengjie, Chongqing, is a graduate student of the Party school. He started work in September 1983 and joined the Communist Party of China in February 1986.

He is now the Secretary of Hechuan district Party committee of Chongqing.
