After the founding of the people's Republic of China, the first Secretary of the CPC Yingshan County Party committee was once the executive vice minister of the Publicity Department of the Hubei provincial Party committee. from Zengdu District, Suizhou City, born on July 14, 1914. He joined the revolution in 1936 and the Communist Party of China in April 1938. during the Anti Japanese War, Ren Zheng (Yang), head of United Front Work of Xinluo (Shan) central county Party committee, deputy head of the fifth regiment of Henan Hubei independent guerrilla detachment of the New Fourth Army, instructor of Xinying (Shan) regiment, political commissar of Yingshan independent regiment and military Minister of Yingshan County Party committee, political commissar of the political brigade of the tenth branch of the Anti Japanese military and Political University, director and political commissar of the Political Department of the Secret Service Regiment of the fifth division of the New Fourth Army, and member of the fifth division Chief of combat section, headquarters. During the war of liberation, he served as (former) director of Handan left behind Office of Central Plains military region, chief of combat section of the 12th column headquarters of Shanxi wing Luyu military region, and head of Zhongxiang county. In April 1948, he served as secretary of the CPC Yingshan suixian County Committee, head of the county and military commander. In June 1949, he served as the first Secretary of Yingshan County Party committee after the merger of Yingshan suixian county and Anlu Yingshan County. In August 1950, he was transferred from Yingshan to Xiaogan prefectural Party committee, where he successively served as the director, secretary general and Deputy Secretary of the Propaganda Department of the prefectural Party committee. Later, he successively served as the president of Hubei Daily, the alternate member of Hubei provincial Party committee, the deputy director of propaganda department and the president of Hubei Daily, the Standing Committee member and director of Propaganda Department of Wuhan municipal Party committee, the executive deputy director of Propaganda Department of Hubei provincial Party committee, and the member of Hubei Provincial Advisory Committee. He is a representative of the 12th CPC National Congress.
