Li Songqing, born in Zhangzhou, Fujian Province in 1877, was a member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Health Association after the founding of new China.

Li Songqing (1877-1966) was born. Tang Lin, an old man in Meishan, studied in Dongyue private school and Danxia academy when he was young. Guangxu 22 years (1896) to learn medicine. In the 26th year of Guangxu (1900), he opened his own "life medicine bureau" and refined "dingkundan" for sale. Later, he became a famous doctor in Zhangcheng. He was good at internal medicine, gynecology, pediatrics and laryngology, especially in gynecology. He was well-known in Longhai, Hua'an, Changtai, Zhangpu and other neighboring counties. He is simple and approachable, and treats patients equally regardless of their wealth. He died in 1966.
