Li Guoliang

Li Guoliang, male, born in October 1964 in Caoxian County, Shandong Province, Han nationality, is a professor level senior engineer with a master's degree in engineering. He started work in July 1984 and joined the Communist Party of China in May 1983.

He is currently vice chairman of the CPPCC Hainan Provincial Committee and Deputy Secretary of the Party group of the CPPCC Hainan Provincial Committee.
