Raw materials for making jade fried rice:
Qinggang vegetable 1 / 2 jin
Tripterygium... 3 tbsp
Corn kernels... 3 tbsp
Scallion... 2 tbsp
Cold rice... 2 bowls

Steps of making jade fried rice:
Wash and chop the vegetables. Marinate with 1 tsp salt for 10 minutes. Squeeze out the water and chop. The finer the better.
Remove from oil pan, add 2 tbsp oil, add green cabbage, stir fry for 30 seconds.
Saute the scallions with the remaining oil, then add the rice and stir fry. Then add the cabbage, diced ham, corn kernels and 1 teaspoon salt. Stir fry over low heat until dry.
