The scenic spot is 116 km away from the city and 55 km away from the county. You can take a bus from Zhangzhou west railway station to Daxi town. The ticket is 10 yuan.

Qixing well

In the south of Lingtong temple, there are more than ten steps on the side of the cliff. It is about the size of the Big Dipper. The clear spring in the well is pure and sweet. It is said that after the eight immortals created seventeen scenes of Lingtong, the afterlife was not over. In order to inspire future generations, they immediately dug seven springs. Yongzhi, Huang Daozhou, Xu Xiake, Lin, Chen Tianding, Zhang Shiliang, Chen Yangmei and Zhang Yidong. The seven sages are well-informed, and the first is the zodiac week. Huang Daozhou (1585-1646), who was born in Tongshan (Dongshan), Zhangzhou, was the most famous scholar and patriot in the late Ming Dynasty. Huang Daozhou had a special love for Lingtong mountain. Teenagers once studied in the mountain. After becoming famous, they traveled with their partners many times and sang poems. In Liang Feng ER Shan Fu, he praised the Lingtong peaks as "one by one similar to Huangshan Mountain, or even better than others." Lingtong mountain gives wisdom and inspiration to zodiac Zhou, and his fame, articles, poems and Fu also add color to Lingtong, which is also called "two benefits of famous mountains and celebrities".

Shi Weng Shi Po

On the back slope of Qingyun temple, there are two huge stones standing side by side, facing east and West. On the north side, there is a stone Weng. He looks cheerful and calm. He also wears a round hat and looks forward. In the south is Shi Po. Her hair is sparse and scattered. She combs her hair in a bun. Sometimes she has a wild flower on her temples. She looks sad, her eyes are dull, her nose is red, and her mouth is shriveled. It seems that she has great pain in her heart.

Qingxiao Pavilion

There is a pavilion on the right in front of the Qingxiao floating landscape stele. It is also called Qingxiao Pavilion, also known as glance Pavilion. You can enjoy the Lingtong scenery here. Although it is an ordinary hexagonal pavilion, because it is located in the prominent part of the cliff, it has a broad vision and is eager to fly near the cliff. Standing in the pavilion, looking around, you can see the cliffs standing up, down, left and right, thousands of rocks competing for beauty, the wind in the empty valley, the mist and haze floating. The Xinrong reservoir at the foot of the mountain is like a golden carp, swaying its head and tail, swimming far away; the winding highway is like a ribbon, with nine twists and turns, and seems to be broken. The scenery of lakes and mountains, the scenery of mountains and rivers, and the panoramic view form a natural picture screen with thousands of images.

At the edge of the pavilion, there is a small stele engraved with the word "Xiao ran Ren Wai". "Xiao ran Ren Wai" comes from Huang Daozhou's Liang Feng ER Shan Fu, which means that "you are outside the secular people in a quiet and desolate way". It is appropriate to use it as a metaphor for a glance pavilion or Lingtong mountain.

Qingxiao thunder god

Lingtong scenic spot saw Qijing row of stars, ten steps ahead, there is another scene, named "Qingxiao Thunder God". The famous Lingtong "Juling" stele is here. "Juling" stele is a cliff stone carving, engraved with a traditional Chinese character "Ling", with a diameter of 2.5 meters. What makes people applaud most is that there is a word "Ju" embedded in the middle of the word "Yu", which means "Ju Ling". It's really ingenious and meaningful. Above the word "Ling", there is also the word "Qingxiao floating scenery", which is also vigorous and powerful.

Return wind of jade cave

Standing in front of Lingtong temple, you can see "jade cave return wind", one of the 18 sceneries. The cave is on the hillside of xiaomaofeng on the right. There is no way to go. At the entrance of the cave, there is a pine tree covering it. The scenery is very quiet. It is said that this cave was built by the eight immortals Han Zhongli to relieve the suffering of mountain walkers. Therefore, a PU fan was used to fan a cave. The mountain wind whirled through the cave and then blew out. The hot wind became cold in summer and the cold wind became warm in winter. It is also said that this cave was the place where Huang Daozhou collected books. The book he had read was carried by an ape and hidden in a cave. Because the jade cave is dangerous and there is no way to go, so far, Huang Daozhou's book is still hidden in the cave, and no one can take it away.

Take the moon by ladder

Taking the moon by the ladder is the most famous of the 18 Lingtong scenic spots. This scene is located under the cliff of Lingtong rock. The stone wall like a knife is like a wall, which stands in front of tourists. It seems that "heaven has no way", but fortunately "Lingtong has a ladder". In the old days, a wooden ladder was set up here, leaning against the stone wall. Tourists need to stick to the dangerous rock and walk cautiously facing the wall. They must not turn their head to look down in the middle of the way. Under their feet is the abyss, which makes them dizzy. If tourists do not have the courage, they will change their mind, look at the ladder, sigh and go back.

Now, there are several ladders, one is steel frame type, the other is reinforced concrete horizontal ladder, each with its own characteristics. Tourists choose a kind of ladder, and they can feel the joy of climbing slowly.

The best time to climb the ladder is in the evening when there is a moon. A bright moon is hanging in the canyon. Tourists can climb up the stairs, just like looking for the moon in the sky, and their fun increases sharply. It is said that "the cloud ladder takes the moon" is the scene created by he Xiangu, the eight immortals.

Five carp facing the sky

Wulichaotianjing is located in Daluping, Shizhai village. It used to be called Wulihu Lake, which is a natural lake. The five hills on the lake are like five carp leaping out of the water. It is said that the eight immortals came to Shizhai after fighting the Dragon Queen of Donghai. Suddenly, five carp spirits escaped from the Dragon Palace in the East China Sea to do evil here and hurt the people. It was also a narrow road. I saw the legend of Han Zhong Li Xian's killing evil and creating the scene of "five carp facing the sky".

FAIRY PARTY

Located on the right side of the scene of "three insects fighting" in Shizhai, a huge stone is as flat as a slab, covering a mountain stream and pool. The entrance of the cave faces east. At sunrise in the morning, the sun shines into the water surface, reflecting the colorful sky on the covered slab, flashing and moving. When you enter the cave, heaven, earth and people will become interesting. It's called Shitian. It is said that the eight immortals once gathered here, so it got its name.

Thrush jumping

Located at the south foot of Qingtian peak, the ravine has been formed for a long time due to the erosion of Canyon water and the accumulation of rocks. In the past, it was the only way to enter the mountain from Qingyun village. It's said that this is built by the immortal lancai and zhaoluanshi. Pedestrians have to jump instead of walking. It's just like this. The thrush in the forest jumps and moves forward. Therefore, it's named. The people who enter the mountain walk and jump. It's interesting and tireless.

Lingtong Buddha

All the ten temples in Lingtong mountain worship Guanyin Bodhisattva. The vivid Bodhisattvas can be seen everywhere in Yanfeng mountain. Ancient poetry said: "melancholy cliff left the site, the remaining ancient Buddha alone solemn.". Looking at xiaomaofeng from the south, the whole mountain hundreds of meters high from the top to the foot of the mountain looks like a Buddha's head. Its forehead, eyes, nose, mouth, chin and cheek are complete, with clear lines and accurate proportion. Looking up at the distance, it looks solemn, lifelike and perfect. There is no trace of artificial chiseling. Countless visitors praise the rare giant Buddha in this world.

Shizhai Library

Huang Daozhou was diligent and studious in his youth. He especially liked to hide in a very secluded place and concentrate on his studies. When he was 20 years old (1604 AD), he lived in Lingtong mountain and studied. There is a cave on the south side of Lingtong temple, where he collects and reads books. Later, after the city test, county test and rural test, they all ranked among the top. At the age of 38, they won the palace test. After being demoted at the age of 48, he went to Lingtong to read and give lectures. Huang Daozhou was an outstanding scholar in the late Ming Dynasty. He was knowledgeable, devoted to astronomy, proficient in Yi Li, good at calligraphy and painting. Although he was an ancient man admired by later generations, there are inscriptions of Huang Daozhou, Chen Tianbao and Lin Hetai in the place where he studied and collected books to inspire later generations.

Searching for fish in secluded stream

There is a kind of rare small fish in the yougukeng stream of Lingtong mountain, which is called "Wawa fish" by the local people. It belongs to amphibian salamander family. It is difficult to survive in the specific environment of deep mountains and cold valleys. This fish is regarded as lucky. When the climate is suitable, visitors can explore carefully through the clear water in the pit valley of Lingtong mountain, or you can see a small fish about 7-10 cm long swimming in the water. The back and side of the fish are dark brown, waxy, with flat head and abdomen, close to the stone wall, flat tail and slender limbs, which makes it very lovely. Some experts call it "shanjiaoyu".

It is a rare and precious fish, and a living fossil left over from the glacial period. Visitors believe that its rarity is not only due to its rarity, but also due to its unique quiet and elegant character. It is a great honor to see it, which attracts countless tourists
