Jianying Park

Jianying park is located in the starting point and core area of the central axis of Jiangnan New Town, covering an area of 656000 square meters. It is the largest park in Meizhou city so far. Construction started in 1986 and has been basically completed. The gate tower at the main entrance of the park was built with a donation of 150000 yuan from Mr. Liu Yuxin, former vice president of the Hong Kong Jiaying chamber of Commerce. The word "Jianying Park" on the gate tower was inscribed by Liu Fuzhi, former Minister of public security of the people's Republic of China and procurator general of the Supreme People's Procuratorate.

In 2015, Meizhou Jiajian investment and Construction Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Tiehan ecological environment Co., Ltd. jointly funded the establishment of Meizhou Hanjia Tourism Investment Management Co., Ltd., which is responsible for the renovation project of Jianying Lake area in the shed renovation area of Jiangnan New Town in Meizhou City, including "two halls and one field", amorous street, children's paradise, Jianying Park upgrading and renovation project, with a total investment of 800 million yuan.

The main function of the youth science and Technology Museum is science popularization interaction. The city exhibition hall mainly displays the history, achievements and professional planning of the city, as well as intangible cultural heritage. There will be sunken main square, citizen square and entrance square between and around the two museums. The project will build a supporting greening project to integrate the building into the landscape of Jianying Lake Park, and create a comprehensive urban public green space integrating ecological leisure, entertainment experience and theme culture.

Setting up the background

On the hillside of Jianying Park, there is a monument to the heroes of revolutionary martyrs, which was erected by the people's Government of Meixian County on March 29, 1992 to commemorate the martyrs who died in previous revolutionary movements. Meixian district is an old revolutionary base. There are 1128 people who died for the country in the previous revolutionary movements. On the front of the monument are nine glittering characters inscribed by Marshal Xu Qianqian: "monument to revolutionary martyrs in Meixian district". It costs more than 1.4 million yuan and is made of glass steel and copper. It is elegant and solemn.

There is a lake with an area of 266664 square meters, equipped with various yachts and water entertainment facilities, rockeries, waterside pavilions, pavilions, singing halls and dance floors. It is a good place for young and old people to rest and entertainment.
