Qu Qiubai Memorial Hall
Martyr Qu Qiubai memorial hall is a memorial hall in memory of martyr Qu Qiubai. On October 17, 2006, martyr Qu Qiubai memorial hall was officially opened in Changting, a famous historical and cultural city in China, where the martyrs died.
Cause of formation of Memorial Hall
Comrade Qu Qiubai is one of the early main leaders of the Communist Party of China, a great Marxist, an outstanding proletarian revolutionist, theorist and propagandist, and one of the important founders of Chinese revolutionary literature. Qu Qiubai martyr memorial hall is built in the martyr's righteous place, under Luohan mountain in the west of Changting County, covering an area of more than 590 square meters and a construction area of 990 square meters. Preparations began in 2005. After its completion, it is integrated with the monument of martyr Qu Qiubai, a national patriotic education demonstration base, which shows the glorious life of the martyrs.
The memorial hall of martyr Qu Qiubai, which was built in Changting County in 2005, covers an area of 580 square meters and a construction area of 990 square meters. It is divided into eight parts: desolate family background, spreading truth, turning the tide, a generation of literary giants, going to the Soviet Area, proud of the spirit of frost, Zhuxia huaishuang, etc. it displays the glorious deeds of martyr Qu Qiubai's life. The total length of the exhibition line is 120 meters and 200 pictures are displayed, There are 50 books, 30 physical objects (reproductions), 1 bust sculpture and 4 creative paintings (traditional Chinese paintings and pictures), and a projection hall. After completion, the memorial hall of martyr Qu Qiubai is integrated with the monument of martyr Qu Qiubai and the place where martyr Qu Qiubai died. Visitors can visit the monument and the place where martyr Qu Qiubai died and receive a patriotic education.

Qu Qiubai (1899.1-1935), born in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, is a prose writer and literary critic. He once served as the supreme leader of the Communist Party of China twice. He was one of the main leaders of the early period of the Communist Party of China, a Marxist, a proletarian revolutionist, theorist and propagandist, and one of the important founders of the cause of Chinese revolutionary literature. In February 1935, he was arrested by Kuomintang troops in Changting County, Fujian Province. He died on June 18 at the age of 36.
