Yong'an Museum
Yongan museum will become the largest museum in central Fujian, which can meet the needs of displaying urban historical relics and introducing medium-sized exhibitions from other places. The museum will hold exhibitions of cultural relics from other places all the year round. The museum project is to build a collection of cultural relics exhibition, a cultural goods supermarket and a distribution center of tourism commodities, which has good economic and social benefits.

Development history
The museum is located in the Dacheng Hall of the Confucian temple in the urban area and the fifth building on the right. Confucian temple is a building of Ming Dynasty. It was built in 1452 and rebuilt in 1502. It was rebuilt many times and rebuilt again in 1985. Dacheng hall is three rooms wide and four rooms deep, covering an area of 307 square meters. Confucian temple system, wood structure, beam frame, brick wall, double eaves, Xieshan. The wooden ornaments between the double eaves are Ruyi Dougong and xiangbeiang, and the ceiling in the hall is painted with colorful cloud patterns. Wooden door, stone eaves column, for the heart of the construction of bucket arch. The column base is drum mirror type, carved with dragon pattern and Ruyi cloud pattern. There is a platform in front of the hall, and there are stone sculptures between the two steps. The Confucian temple is now the historical relics exhibition hall of Yong'an Museum. No.5 building is a 50s building, bungalow, with an area of 246 square meters, which was rebuilt in 1990. The original brick is made of old city wall brick. It is wide and thick. The roof of the building is high. The front doors and windows are semicircular in shape and decorated with lattice, which is quite characteristic. The fifth building is now the office of the museum, the cultural relics storehouse, the duty room, and the exhibition room of Yong'an progressive cultural activities during the Anti Japanese war.

The museum has two basic exhibitions, namely "Yong'an historical relics exhibition hall" and "Yong'an progressive cultural activities exhibition room during the Anti Japanese War". The former is located in the Dacheng Hall of the Confucian temple, which displays about 360 historical relics of the Neolithic age, Shang and Zhou dynasties, Tang, song, Ming and Qing Dynasties, including stone tools, pottery, porcelain, bronze, jade and wood carvings.
"Exhibition room for progressive cultural activities in Yong'an during the Anti Japanese War" covers an area of 100 square meters. The contents mainly reflect the historical facts of various forms of progressive cultural activities and anti Japanese national salvation movement in Yong'an, the wartime capital of Fujian Province, from May 1938 to October 1945. The contents of the exhibition room are divided into five parts: background, the formation and development of Yong'an progressive cultural activities, the new climax of Yong'an progressive cultural activities in the struggle, the Yangzao event and the review after 40 years. The exhibition room has 26 sections and 8 display cabinets. There are 230 photos and 25 objects, 30 copies and materials on display.

There are a total of 375 pieces in the collection, of which 6 pieces are of grade 2. They are carved abdominal pots of Shang and Zhou dynasties, pottery printing plates of Buddha statues of Tang Dynasty, hand copied stone inkstones of Song Dynasty, barrel shaped pottery stoves of Northern Song Dynasty, flower lamps painted with sauce glaze of Southern Song Dynasty, and black and red lacquer gilded seats of Ming wood carving. The more distinctive collection is the cultural relics of Shang and Zhou Dynasties and Song Dynasty. Stone tools and pottery of the Shang and Zhou dynasties include stone axe, stone spear, stone ring, stone arrowhead, pottery pot, pottery bean, pottery spinning wheel, pottery net pendant, etc. There are many kinds of cultural relics in Song Dynasty, such as pottery stove, pottery stove, pottery fragrance, urn barn, bowl, plate, dish, pot, porcelain, stone inkstone, bronze mirror, etc. The above-mentioned cultural relics are all unearthed cultural relics, and some have accurate chronology.
In addition, the collection of a number of Ming and Qing Dynasties bronze also has certain characteristics. Most of these bronzes are folk relics, including Gu, Ding, stove, statue, bronze mirror, etc. The utensils are exquisitely made, which can reflect the craft level and aesthetics at that time.
