Gaoer Township

Gaoer township is located in the southeast of Pan'an County, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province. The people's government is located in dazhenkeng village, 51 kilometers away from the county.

In February 2018, the provincial government agreed to abolish the organizational system of Panfeng Township, Weixin Township and Gaoer Township, and merge to establish a new Panfeng township. After the adjustment, the new Panfeng Township governs 33 administrative villages, and the township government is located in Shaxi village.

General situation

The township is located in the southeast edge of the county, adjacent to Xianju County in the southeast, Weixin Township in the northeast, Tianwang Office of Incheon town in the west, Dapan town in the north, and pure mountain township.

Historical evolution

The township is named after the mountain. There is a big mountain in the northwest of the township, named gaolao mountain, with an altitude of 1220 meters. Because the dialect of "Lao" and "Er" is homophonic, "Lao" is abbreviated as "Er", which is used to become a common custom, so it becomes "Gao Er". In Song Dynasty, it was the 47th capital of xiantaili in Yongkang county. In 1934, it belonged to Panfeng township of Yongkang. In 1950, Gaoer township was established in Zhixi. In 1954, because the village was assigned to Panfeng Township, the Township People's government moved to dazhenkeng village. In 1956, Gaoer township was merged into Panfeng township. In April 1959, the senior two management area of Panshan commune was rebuilt in dazhenkeng. In 1961, it was called the second senior commune in Panshan district. In 1983, it was renamed Gaoer township. In 1992, it was a township directly under the county.

Pan'an "Chinese kiwifruit" base

Pan'an traditional production of wild kiwifruit, commonly known as "Tengli.". Since 1993, artificial cultivation of kiwifruit has been established in Gaoer township. By 1996, the "Chinese Kiwi" base had developed to 2500 mu. In 1998, more than 500 mu of fruit began to be harvested, with a total yield of more than 20000 kg. Among them, the delicious kiwifruit variety Daguo weighs more than 80 g, and the price can reach more than 2 yuan / kg. The output is increasing year by year.

A place of interest

Gaolao mountain, commonly known as Babao mountain, is a famous town in eastern Zhejiang Province with an altitude of 1220.1 meters. There are Juzhen Palace (Niangniang Temple), Red Army cave, strange snake cave and so on. Every year, the seventh day of the seventh month of the ancient calendar is the temple fair day. In seven counties, including Pan'an, Yongkang, Xianju, Tiantai, Jinyun, Dongyang and Xinchang, thousands of women come to the mountain to worship and pray, make vows and return vows, and "stay close to the mountain" (that is, sleep all night on the back of the mountain). This custom has been persisted to this day.

In 2011, the total output value of industry and agriculture was 32.62 million yuan, with an average annual growth of 6.2%; the total fiscal revenue was 5.03 million yuan, including 2.95 million yuan of local fiscal revenue, with an average annual growth of 15%; the per capita net income of farmers was 4890 yuan, with an average annual growth of 9%.

According to statistics, departments at all levels have provided more than 3.6 million yuan of assistance funds, issued more than 2.6 million yuan of poverty alleviation microcredit, supported the construction of five characteristic industry demonstration bases, established mutual fund associations in Gaofeng village, and built a number of livelihood projects in each village. Adhere to the road of development oriented poverty alleviation, actively strive for the provincial agricultural office to take the lead in carrying out the pilot project of village collective property economy in Dazhuang and Gaofeng villages in the whole county, and build a property building with four rooms and four floors covering an area of 171.6 square meters in Guzhu immigrant community of new urban area, which has made an effective attempt to solve the problem of weak village collective economy. At the same time, we strive for the support of the provincial agricultural office and the county government to expand the scope of the village collective property economic projects in our Township, and our township is listed as the key supporting township for the village collective property economy in the next five years. In 2009, 28 low-income farmers were organized to Yongkang vocational and technical school to participate in a 40 day CNC machine tool skill training, which accumulated experience for exploring a new way for farmers to "study and train in different places, master higher skills, update employment concept, and speed up poverty alleviation and prosperity". Carrying forward the construction spirit of "Kangzhuang project", the whole Township takes continuous improvement of road traffic conditions and solving the problem of "travel difficulty" of the masses as a major livelihood fact, actively strives for project funds from relevant departments, and successively implements the construction of large and medium-sized maintenance of Dafeng line, 2 interconnected roads and 12 production roads. The total mileage of road construction in the whole Township reaches 52 km, with a total investment of more than 6.5 million yuan, realizing the administrative goal The goal of all village roads being connected to the Internet has effectively improved the production and living conditions of the masses.
