Zhili town

Zhili town is located in the east of Wuxing District, Huzhou City, adjacent to Taihu Lake in the north, national highway 318 and Changhushen waterway in the south. It is composed of five towns (Taihu Lake, hacun, Yangxi, shengshe and Zhili), covering an area of 90 square kilometers. It has won the titles of "famous town of children's wear in China", "key cultivation base of children's wear trademark in China" and "pilot area of regional brand construction of national industrial cluster", and enjoys the reputation of "capital of children's wear in China". Zhili is also a famous cashmere town of Chinese brand, with three brands of Zhenbei, mihuang and Paro.

Historical evolution

In January 1969, "Wang Jinfa broadcast" was launched. The broadcast was aimed at the rural people, using Zhili dialect to convey the party and government affairs, situation and policies.

In 1978, Zhili people, represented by the villagers of Zha village, began to engage in specialized embroidery production in the form of family workshops, and went to Shanghai, Yixing and other places to sell embroidered pillowcases and quilt covers, starting a business journey from south to north.

In 1980, a spontaneous embroidery market was formed in the auditorium of hacun.

In 1981, a free trade fair appeared on both sides of Zhili Hongqiao wharf.

In 1982, Zhili people spontaneously gathered in front of cocoon Station in Zhili old street to trade and set up "embroidery service department".

In 1983, Zhili industrial and commercial office built 36 simple sheds with glass fiber reinforced plastic tiles on Yanhe old street, forming the first generation market of Zhili. The trading products are mainly embroidered children's clothes and flour accessories.

In 1984, Zhili industrial and commercial office invested 310000 yuan to build a "Huzhou Zhili small commodity market" covering an area of 4444 square meters, which is the first specialized market separated from the market along the street.

In 1985, on the basis of the small commodity market, it was rebuilt into a "Zhili embroidery Market" with 80 business houses and 400 stalls.

In 1986, Qiu Jinyuan, Qiu Ganqing and Qiu Ganxin founded Zhejiang Zhenbei Co., Ltd.

In 1989, Zhili industrial and commercial office invested 2.3 million yuan to build a 7000 square meter "Zhili light textile embroidery Market", commonly known as "East market", which mainly deals in flour and accessories, while the original "Zhili embroidery Market" (West Market) mainly deals in children's clothing. For the first time, Zhili children's clothing had a special tangible market.

In August 1992, Huzhou municipal government set up an economic open zone in Zhili, giving the local a lot of development autonomy.

In 1993, the Zhili town government invested 6 million yuan to build an 8000 square meter "China Zhili mall" (the first trading area).

In 1994, the Zhili town government invested 20 million yuan to expand the "China Zhili mall", forming a second trading area of 16000 square meters.

In June 1995, Zhili town was approved as a pilot unit of comprehensive reform of small towns by 11 ministries and commissions including the National Commission of system reform. With an investment of 21 million yuan, the Zhili town government continued to expand the "China Zhili mall", and built the fifth trading area covering 3500 square meters and the sixth trading area covering more than 10000 square meters. Zhili town government invested 55 million yuan to build "China Zhili children's clothing city" beside National Highway 318 and Changhushen "golden waterway".

In 1997, "China Zhili children's clothing city" officially opened. It covers an area of 75000 square meters and has 1200 business houses. On September 28, "children's clothing sub center of China Fashion Design and Research Center" was established in Zhili, marking that Zhili began to build a platform for children's clothing services.

In December 1998, the market management committee was established in Zhili town.

In October 1999, the "five towns in one" was implemented. Zhili town was merged with four townships of shengshe, Zha village, Yangxi and Taihu, with an area of 135.8 square kilometers. The former three administrative villages of Jiuguan Town, miaoqishan village, shaijiedou village and Jiuguan village in Nanxun district were included in the administrative division of Zhili town.

In 2001, Zhili town held the first China Zhili children's clothing Expo.

In 2002, Zhili town was named "China children's clothing town" by China Textile Industry Association and China clothing association. Zhili has built a "children's clothing boutique city", attracting 100 stores to settle in.

In 2003, Zhili town was awarded "key cultivation base of China children's wear trademark" by China Trademark Association.

On July 21, 2004, Zhili town was recognized as a national key town by the Ministry of housing and urban rural development. The number of mobile registered population in Zhili town exceeded the number of registered residence population for the first time, from 4.9 to 14.26 in 2003.

In October 2005, Zhili town was awarded the title of Chinese civilized town by the Central Committee of civilization.

In 2006, Zhili town carried out fire safety renovation and system upgrading to fundamentally solve the hidden danger of "three in one" places.

Zhili town put forward the brand activity of "family feeling Zhili", which is mainly to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of migrant workers, and provide all kinds of cultural and sports activities throughout the year.

In 2007, Zhili town planned to set up a community to supervise the safety problems in production and investigate the fire hazards by means of night patrol.

In 2009, Zhili town integrated the strength of fire control, quality supervision, industry and commerce, taxation and public security departments to establish a "five in one" supervision headquarters.

In 2010, nine municipal and district departments began to set up branches or agencies in Zhili town.

In 2011, Zhili China children's clothing city opened. Phase I covers an area of 176 mu, with a construction area of 216000 square meters. At present, there are more than 300 operators of fabrics, accessories and sample garments. Zhili was listed in the first batch of 27 pilot towns of small city cultivation in Zhejiang Province.

In February 2012, Zhili branch of Huzhou Public Security Bureau was established, and was given the county-level police management authority and the corresponding police force.

The "good voice of the workshop" is mainly aimed at the large-scale migrant workers concentrated in the workshop. Now it has become a publicity and exchange platform integrating the propaganda and exchange of government information, serving the development of enterprises, and enriching the spiritual life of employees.

In 2013, according to the policy of Wuxing District, the "four tickets" (meter ticket, house ticket, stock ticket and land ticket) mechanism was implemented. In May, Zhili town became one of the 20 demonstration pilot projects of smart city construction in Zhejiang Province, and the "smart Zhili" project was fully launched. Zhili town administrative service center is established, mainly including children's clothing, registered residence, economy, public service and people's livelihood, etc., with 57 windows. A business center is set up to provide banking, photo taking, copying, express delivery and other services for residents.

On April 25, 2014, the new residents harmony promotion association was established with the president of the geographical chamber of Commerce as a member. On February 7, the first phase of Zhili children's clothing industry demonstration park project started construction. Children's clothing industry environment comprehensive improvement supporting Park Project (sand washing city) started construction. Four secondary streets and two offices were set up in Zhili town to focus on the key and difficult work of safety production, beautiful Zhili, social stability, land acquisition and demolition, and implement the downward shift of focus, power sinking and decentralization.

In 2015, Zhili branch of Huzhou Public Security Bureau carried out the reform of organization adjustment and police force sinking, and realized the full-time community police for the first time. In December, Zhili public security sub bureau "Ping An Public Welfare Alliance" was established, with 17 member units, including 813 core members and 2064 participating members, involving in the weaving Association, children's clothing industry, enterprises and institutions, lawyers team, schools, hospitals, etc.

In February, the relocation project of Wuxing District People's hospital was launched. The total land area of the new hospital is about 132 mu, with a total investment of 527 million yuan. The first phase of the project will build 600 beds to provide medical services for local residents, new residents and residents of surrounding towns in Zhili town. On April 18, Zhili children's clothing industry demonstration park was officially opened. The first phase of the project has a construction area of about 310000 square meters, with a total of 126 combined workshops composed of production workshops, canteens and dormitories. On October 31, Zhili town was awarded "pilot area of regional brand construction of industrial cluster" by the Ministry of industry and information technology of the people's Republic of China. On December 8, Zhili town was selected as the third batch of national new urbanization comprehensive pilot towns.

On May 19, 2017, Zhili town took the opportunity of civilization construction and took the "dirty, disordered and poor" hat of Zhili as the fundamental goal to carry out urban environmental renovation. On July 12, Tony Electronics was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and successfully landed in the A-share market. Zhili town upgraded the "smart transportation" project to a government project, vigorously carried out urban traffic congestion control, and completed the reconstruction of 16 main urban roads.

In 2018, Zhili town will speed up the construction of public construction projects with a total investment of 6 billion yuan, including 2 billion yuan of direct investment from the government. The interior decoration of Wuxing District People's hospital was completed, the construction of the town sports center, Beida Peiwen school and Liji Cultural Park was accelerated, and the construction of Wuxing experimental primary school, panzhuyang Park, shengshe resettlement community, children's clothing industrial park and other livelihood projects were completed.

In 2019, Zhili town successfully held the International Forum on "the world significance of China's governance", with more than 200 participants from more than 20 countries
