Hangzhou Bay Bridge
Hangzhou Bay Bridge is a sea crossing bridge connecting Jiaxing and Ningbo in Zhejiang Province, China. It is located in the sea area of Hangzhou Bay. It is one of the components of Shenyang Haikou Expressway (National Expressway G15) < / I and an important part of urban expressway in Northeast Zhejiang Province.

Hangzhou Bay sea crossing bridge starts from Pinghu interchange in Jiaxing City in the north, crosses the sea area of Hangzhou Bay in the top, and ends at Andong junction interchange in Ningbo City in the south. Construction process
From 1992 to 1993, Ningbo municipal government planned to build Hangzhou Bay traffic corridor, and entrusted Shanghai linli company and CCCC highway planning and Design Institute to carry out pre feasibility study.
On June 21, 2000, Zhejiang provincial government decided to build a bridge across Hangzhou Bay.
In December 2001, the bidding meeting of Hangzhou Bay Bridge was held.
On April 30, 2002, the State Council of China approved the project approval of Hangzhou cross sea channel; on May 29, the State Planning Commission of China officially issued the approval for the project approval.
In January 2003, Zhejiang Provincial Planning Commission and Department of communications jointly presided over the preliminary design of Hangzhou Bay Cross Sea Bridge. On June 8, the foundation laying ceremony was held for the project. On October 28, the construction of the north bank approach of Hangzhou Bay Cross Sea Bridge was started. On November 14, the construction of the main project of Hangzhou Bay Cross Sea Bridge was started. On June 11, the closure project of the South Channel Bridge of Hangzhou Bay Cross Sea Bridge was completed; on June 13, the closure project of the north channel bridge of Hangzhou Bay Cross Sea Bridge was completed; on June 26, the closure project of the whole bridge section of Hangzhou Bay Cross Sea Bridge was completed and the whole line was connected.
On May 1, 2008, Hangzhou Bay Bridge was opened to traffic.
On December 29, 2010, the sea platform of Hangzhou Bay Cross Sea Bridge was put into operation.

Hangzhou Bay sea crossing bridge is located on Hangzhou Bay, Zhejiang Province, China. It starts from Pinghu interchange in zhengjiadai village, Haiyan, Jiaxing City in the north, crosses the sea area of Hangzhou Bay in the top, and ends at Andong junction interchange in Cixi shuiluwan, Ningbo City in the south. The offshore platform "Haitian Yizhou" is located in the middle of Hangzhou Bay Bridge, 1.7 km south of south channel.
