The gate is made of quartzite, 25 meters high and 16 meters wide. The "gate of heaven in Han Dynasty" in Lvlin mountain is the place where Liu Xiu Wang Kuang met. Liu Yan beat Jiyang and wanted to attack xiaochang'an, but he was ambushed in xiaochang'an by the former Nanyang doctor (Fu Yin), and the Chongling soldiers were defeated. In order to save the situation, Liu Xiuli and the green forest army joined forces to fight against the enemy. Liu Xiu and others visited Wang Kuang and Wang Feng in Greenwood mountain in person. Chop the gate with an axe

It is said that when Liu Xiu passed through the gate of heaven in the Han Dynasty and wanted to go straight up the mountain, he saw that there was no way to go. He was hesitating there. Wang Kuang came up, took out a big axe from his waist and chopped it off. The axe fell down the stone and broke through the pass. Later generations called it "axe chop pass".

Terraces in ancient Han Dynasty

When Liu Xiu was stationed here, he led the soldiers to reclaim wasteland. At that time, officers and soldiers blockaded the mountain. Wang Kuang led the rebel army to open up wasteland and cultivate land for self-help, which was the first time in the history of China for the large-scale production of the army. At present, there are many terraced sites that were reclaimed at the top and bottom of the mountain.

Beat the drum peak

The stone is 66 meters in diameter and 20 meters in height. It is smooth and smooth. It is shaped like a drum. It is called leigufeng. It is said that when Wang Kuang and Wang Feng raised their troops to revolt, they took their troops up the mountain and set up a stronghold next to the boulder. A big drum was installed on the boulder to give orders. The drum was two people high enough to be heard ten miles away. Later generations called this huge stone Leigu stone.

Reclining Buddha in green forest

The reclining Buddha in the green forest is more than two Zhang high and about four Zhang wide. It is not more than ten feet thick and smooth, just like a stone Buddha. A peak stands like a barrier. There is a baby gorilla on the peak, with a stone lion on the right and a golden turtle on the left. It is said that Wang Feng received a Buddha's call in his dream. When he woke up, he looked into the mountain and saw that the Buddha was invisible in the stone. So he came back to the temple and nirvana the next day.

Qifeng Temple

In the later stage of the Greenwood uprising, the regime was defeated. Wang Feng then retired to Lvlin mountain and built Qifeng temple. In the 12th year of Jianwu, Emperor Guangwu Liu Xiu came here and heard about Wang Feng's spread of Buddhism. He felt deeply that Wang Feng was granted the title of "master wuche", and the Shaofu (Treasury) funded the expansion of Qifeng temple to worship Wang Feng's golden body. Sun moon pool

In front of the alliance platform, there are two pools of emerald. The green one is called the sun pool, and the blue one is called the moon pool. It is said that Liu Xiu would come to Lvlin mountain to discuss with Wang Kuang about joining the army to resist the enemy. After the negotiation, Wang Kuang went down to the pond to wash his hands and suddenly saw the sun and moon reflected in the water! So the two pools were named the sun pool and the moon pool in response to the celestial phenomena. Since then, in the clear water of the sun pool and the moon pool, we can often see the spectacle of the sun and the moon shining together.

Blood stone

This huge stone is red all over. It's called blood stone. This stone used to be the place where Wang Kuang and all the heroes of the green forest forged a friendship. The blood of the people's vows fell on the stone, so the stone still has a red mark.

Vine soul and stone soul

There is a big Wisteria wrapped around this huge stone. It is two feet thick and more than ten feet long. It has grown for nearly two thousand years and can be called the first rattan in the world. It is said that Wang Kuang dreamt that Wang Mang was tied up. When he woke up, he had this spectacle. The local people also called it "tied mangteng".

Mandarin duck tree

These are two thousand year old trees, which are said to have been planted by Wang Kuang and his wife.. The two trees depend on Yin and Yang. The local people call them "Yuanyang tree", and they all come to worship the two trees for a good marriage.
