In the Qing Dynasty, when Ma Sui (now Yongding District), the Jiansheng of Shangyu, Zhejiang Province, was the county magistrate of Ren Dayong, he encountered the beautiful day of green mountains on several mountaineering occasions. Only then did he build a pavilion called "qingfengting" under baishajing in Zhangjiajie. Later, in order to establish a monument for himself, he changed his name to "Magong Pavilion". After the construction of Magong Pavilion, there are no historical materials to study when and by whom it was destroyed. According to folklore, on a sunny day, a yellow wind blew away even the pavilion and stele. Today's qingfengting is elaborately built by Qin Yuangen, an old folk carpenter. He lived to be 60 and built only three pavilions. This pavilion is his work in his later years, which is really legendary; this pavilion, with red pillars and green tiles, has three floors, carved beams and painted buildings, and wings and horns into the clouds. It is one foot six feet wide and four feet one foot long. It has 24 stigmas on the ground, 64 pieces on the shoulder, 20 wing angles on the shoulder, two rows of long oranges pressing down, and copper bells hanging in all directions. As soon as the mountain wind blows, it tinkles. When the pavilion was being built, the three-story girder could not be put up. Qin Yuangen put up the crane and stairs, pulling and pulling, but the beam still couldn't be put up. Later, he invited carpenters from all over the world to discuss, but the beams and columns still could not be erected. What should I do? One night, Qin Yuangen didn't eat or sleep. He sat by the fire pool and thought hard. Suddenly I had a dream He dreamt that he was traveling in Shandong, visiting Luban, learning art from his teacher, and asking for advice on the cultivation of pavilions. Lu Ban was busy building "Diaojiaolou" at that time. He didn't give him a piece of white silk. There are no words or pictures on the white silk. Qin Yuangen saw that Lu Ban didn't pass on his art face to face, so he begged. He couldn't get up on his knees for a long time, so he paid homage to the teacher three times. At this time, I saw Lu Ban shaking his long sleeves in the cloud, and the white silk took off on Qin Yuangen's shoulder, carrying him back to Zhangjiajie. After returning to Zhangjiajie, the white silk was attached to Qin Yuangen's ear, saying: Heaven and earth are natural, and clouds disperse.

Therefore, you need to build it carefully and make it a success." Qin Yuangen saw the teacher's Enlightenment in heaven, so he quickly squatted down and said, "I've written it down. I'll do as I'm told." When he looked up, he saw the white silk take off and fly to the horizon.

Qin Yuangen was very happy when he built the pavilion. He set up a incense table in the pavilion to respect teachers and gods. At the same time, he set up wine and vegetables to entertain guests and friends. After Xi San, Qin Yuangen flew a flower axe, danced a carving knife, and made a nanmu plaque for three, seven and twenty-one days in a row. On it, he carved the eight lines, sixteen sentences and sixty-four words, which have been handed down to the present day. Now people who come to Zhangjiajie want to have a look here.

Couple rock

Located at the top of the mountain, on the top of a stone peak, it looks like two human heads close to each other. They have all kinds of facial features, one is smiling, the other is calm. They seem to be wrapped in a big windbreaker, conveying thousands of feelings to each other. This "couple" has been standing here for trillions of years.

The couple rock is on the left side of tianjiatai. There is a viewing platform, which is best in sunny days. It is a pair of male and female images formed naturally by two huge peaks with rocks as the skeleton, stone peaks as the body and plants as the hair. There are eyebrows, eyes, nose, lips, even teeth can see clearly, clearly, they stand in the mountains, standing in the God's land, they head to head, body to body, nestle together, for many years, happy smile, carefree, love each other, never separate. For thousands of years, they have suffered many storms and storms, but they are still loyal and like glue.

Before liberation, there were people burning incense to worship. It is said that as long as a couple comes here piously, they will worship four times, eight times and nine times, and then a miracle will appear immediately: if the couple's feelings are good, they will be better; if they are not good, their former enmity will dissipate, and they will be as good as ever

Chaotian Temple

Chaotian temple is the cultural landscape of the temple. It is built in the south of Zhangjiajie, steep terrain, steep on both sides, in front of the air, only one side of the mountain. The terrain is dangerous. When you come here, you feel like an immortal. The temple was built in the era of Emperor Han and Ming Dynasty. It used to be a large-scale temple, with 15 rooms including Golden Hall, guest hall and Guanyin hall, and 48 auricular chambers and openings on both sides. In the past, Chaotian temple also served as a "Zhenwu" Bodhisattva. Every year on June 6 and September 9, villagers went to the mountain to pray for rain.

In the early days of liberation, several bandits occupied the temple and resisted tenaciously. The anti bandit troops bombarded it with cannons, so the temple was destroyed. Today, although temples do not exist, there are still many cultural relics.

Longfeng nunnery

This temple is located on huaxiangpoya. The temple is basically complete, surrounded by towering ancient trees, and the environment is very quiet.

Longfeng nunnery is called "Longfeng nunnery" because it has the potential of Wolong, the emerald of mountain and forest, and the shape of Phoenix.

According to the records in the preface to the restoration of huaxiangpo Longfeng nunnery in Guangxu period of Qing Dynasty, "Longfeng nunnery is an ancient temple. Its veins come from Qingyan mountain. It's vast and boundless. Its edges rub down and its saltpetre is thousands of times. It's suitable for the ridge."

According to the inscriptions, Longfeng nunnery was built in the Ming Dynasty, more than 500 years ago. The temple has two halls in three places, one for the public statue, the other for Guanyin sitting on the lotus terrace, with Huatuo on the right and Sanxian girl on the left.
