Tanzishi is on the South Bank of the Yangtze River. It looks across the river from Chaotianmen and jiangbeicheng. It connects yemaoxi on the top and wangjiatuo on the bottom. Because of the water wharf, tanzishihe street, tanzishizheng street and tanzishixin Street are formed.

Development history

As for the origin of Tanzi stone, it is said that Dayu controlled the water and returned to Li. It is found that Tu Shan and the giant stone are integrated into one, standing on the South Riverside. Dayu stood on the stone and called for Tu Shanshi. He cried out to heaven and earth. The stone opened and the stone came out. His name was "Qi", which was Xia Qi. It's a place named "born son stone" because of it. After several evolutions, it was falsely said to be "marble stone". The historical facts are different. On the edge of tanzishi River, there were three huge pillars supporting a round Boulder, which was named tanzishi because it was similar to "Tanzi". Later, it was destroyed by lightning. Although the stone did not exist, its name remained.

Most of the marble stones in song and Ming Dynasties were barren hills and farmland, and the wharf was formed in Qianlong period of Qing Dynasty. At the beginning of the last (20th) century, tanzishi was a famous water wharf in the south of the Yangtze River. It was as famous as huanggedu, haitangxi, Longmenhao and xuantanmiao, and was known as "wudukou" on the south bank. Tanzishi is a street name and place name. It used to be a township of Ba County (now Nan'an District). It is subordinate to wuguibao, shengpingbao, shiqiaobao, Qiaojiao Bao, dafuobao, tianshengbao, laoyingbao, fuanbao and zhongkubao. After the township was changed into a town, tanzishi town has 18 guarantors, and the United Office has always been located in tanzishi main street. Tanzishi street was built in 1954. In 1997, it covers an area of 1.5 square kilometers and has a population of 22000. It has jurisdiction over 12 neighborhood committees.

Tanzishi, as one of the earliest ports in Chongqing, once had a lively and beautiful scene that we can't imagine: more than 200 years ago, the earliest local water wharf appeared. Twenty years ago, it was the most prosperous regional center on the south bank. Today, 20 years later, with the surging river, Tanzi stone has left only dilapidated houses and dilapidated streets, and even the land price is less than half of Nanping. For a long time, the residents of tanzishi often watched the colorful and colorful Yuzhong Peninsula after the lights came up. It seems that they have been used to the established reality and continue every day, which really corresponds to the "separation of complicated and peaceful river."

The seemingly silent appearance, however, radiates a round of heat before the outbreak.

Southern District Planning

Unfolding the map of Chongqing, the first thing you can see is the "Golden Triangle" of Chongqing's CBD: Jiefangbei, jiangbeizui and tanzishi. Among the three major plates, the tanzishi area has not yet been developed on a large scale, and it is close to the mountains and the river. As the earliest port opening place and modern industrial town of Chongqing, marble has an indelible historical memory. In order to speed up the development of regional economy, in May 2010, the Party committee and government of Nan'an District made the decision to build tanzishi into a window demonstration area of the National Central City, which indicates the brilliant reappearance of this old city.

According to the plan, the tanzishi demonstration area covers a total of 11 square kilometers, which is composed of six functional groups a, B, C, D, e and F, covering most areas of tanzishi street, Tushan town and JIGUANSHI town. Tanzishi urban design has established the industrial strategy with headquarters economy as the core; the total investment in fixed assets in the region has reached nearly 20 billion yuan; rural land acquisition and urban demolition have been actively implemented; the construction of municipal roads and urban supporting facilities such as binsan, Tenglong Avenue and tengbin road has been completed; 2000 mu of land has been sold, and Chongqing Longhu real estate, Chongqing Zhonghai real estate and other brand enterprises have successively settled in The construction of livable urban areas has been actively promoted. The landscape corridor of binsan phase and Tenglong Avenue has been initially formed, and the construction of Zhonghai International Park, Binjiang square and park has been stepped up. The buildings of Longhu Lijiang and international community have sprung up, and the supporting facilities of urban areas have been further improved. As the three major centers of Chongqing's geography, transportation and economy, their prominent position is becoming increasingly apparent.

Now, the tanzishi demonstration zone is taking advantage of the Liangjiang New Area to speed up the process of urban development in an all-round way, taking the lead of Jiefangbei and jiangbeizui. In the next 5-10 years, a window city of National Central City, which gathers a large number of enterprise headquarters, financial center, high-end service industry, building economy and noble residence, and plays an exemplary role in architectural form, industrial layout and ecological environment, will be unveiled!
