There are four scenic spots in Xingyi Town: Water Town greenway, caipengzi forest plate, Xianzhu temple and Banzhu forest.

Shuixiang greenway is located on the Bank of Yangma river. Phyllostachys pubescens forest was planted in the late Qianlong period of Qing Dynasty (1760 AD), covering an area of more than 50 mu. In accordance with the provisions of the party constitution and the requirements of "the branch is built on the industrial chain, relying on the industrial party branch to organize party members to learn the skills of becoming rich and promote the development of rural economy", the town Party committee vigorously develops the industrial party branch. There are 43 industrial party branches in the town, distributed in 15 villages, mainly focusing on characteristic industries, including longan, citrus, sericulture, fishery and other industries. Most rural Party members have joined the industrial party branch.

The second is to strengthen management and make efforts in training. After the establishment of the industrial party branch, every village has effectively standardized the daily management of the industrial party branch. In combination with the actual industrial development, through organizing life, reading books, expert lectures, distance education and other forms, Party members are seriously organized to carry out practical skills training, which effectively improves the party members' ability to get rich. In 2008, the town's industrial party branch organized more than 460 training sessions, involving more than 3000 party members, and trained a number of technical party members.

Third, we should explore the market and use our brains in development. First, the establishment of farmers' professional cooperative organizations. In 2007, Xingyi town has set up 26 professional cooperatives to help farmers sell agricultural products and provide more services for farmers. Second, strengthen cooperation with key enterprises. The major industrial branches of Xingyi town have cooperated with Three Gorges Construction Group, silk company and Chongqing Carrefour supermarket to adopt the business model of "farmers + base + cooperatives + leading enterprises" to drive the vigorous development of the industry and promote farmers to increase their income and become rich. Third, pay attention to product upgrading. In 2008, golden rattan cooperatives invested tens of thousands of yuan to design and produce exquisite longan packaging boxes, collected longan trademarks, improved longan's market image, enhanced longan's popularity, increased longan's added value, and also increased the actual income of fruit farmers and members. Through the development of industrial branch, the average annual income of farmers in Xingyi town increased by more than 200 yuan.

In order to cultivate new industries of labor economy and speed up the process of increasing farmers' income, Xingyi town adopted four measures in 2008. First, improve the organization and strengthen the guarantee. On the basis of consolidating the existing fixed-point labor export bases in Huzhou, Zhejiang and Qinhuangdao, Hebei, three new labor export bases in Xinjiang, northeast and Shanghai were opened up in 2008, and 210 technical workers were added in the first half of the year.

Fourth, for the people, love the people and implement preferential policies. The short-term training for employment transfer is free of charge; the migrant children in secondary vocational and technical schools are given an annual subsidy of 2000 yuan in tuition and miscellaneous fees; and the children of poor families with cards in secondary vocational schools are given an annual subsidy of 500 yuan by the government.
