Gongga langjiling temple, or Gongling temple for short, means "xueshanzhou" in Tibetan. It is the largest yellow temple in Daocheng. It was founded in 1642 by jiabukangzhu Luorong in Ming Dynasty. The temple is located 60 km south of the county seat, with an altitude of 3335 meters. In front of the temple is the Chitu River and its back is the Axi mountain. There is a "Xiangba" Buddha statue presented by the fifth Dalai Lama in the temple, as well as two Scripture turning tubes with a history of more than 300 years.
