Songshan Lake was originally a large natural reservoir located in Dalang Town, Dongguan City. Later, the government department took the lake as the center, and divided the edge zone of Dalingshan, Liaobu and Dalang towns near Songshan Lake into a new national high-tech industrial development zone.

Dongguan Songshanhu science and Technology Industrial Park (hereinafter referred to as Songshanhu) is located between Dalang, Dalingshan and Liaobu towns.
