Historical evolution
It is said that Fanlou is the first of 72 restaurants in Tokyo in the Northern Song Dynasty. The romantic emperor song Huizong and the famous prostitute Li Shishi in Kyoto often meet here. The novel "outlaws of the marsh" also describes this building. Liu Zihui, a poet of the Song Dynasty, once left a legacy of "singing and dancing in the Liangyuan garden is romantic, wine is like a knife to relieve the sorrows, memories of the youth are full of joy, and lights go up to the Fanlou at night." It's a beautiful hymn. Fanlou consists of five buildings in the East, West, South, North and middle. Originally known as the alum building, later renamed fengle building, said to be Fanlou. Located at the north end of songduyu street, it is a group of courtyard style imitation song pavilions rebuilt in 1988 according to Secretary Shi. It is the largest imitation song amusement center in Kaifeng.
In the history of our country, Fanlou is the most famous restaurant in Tokyo, the capital of Northern Song Dynasty. In the Northern Song Dynasty, the restaurants in Tokyo were prosperous and famous all over the world. Fanlou attracts numerous rich businessmen, princes and scholars to come here to have fun. However, what is most talked about is the romantic affair between Song Huizong and Li Shishi in Fanlou. Li Shishi is a famous Geisha in Tokyo, and his singing is the best in the art of Vasi. The two artists discussed art frequently. In 1124, Emperor Huizong of Song Dynasty named Li Shishi as the wife of Ying State. There is a special throne in Fanlou to serve song Huizong and Li Shishi.
With the passage of years, Fanlou has disappeared, but its reputation is deeply imprinted in the hearts of Kaifeng people. At the end of the Qing Dynasty, at the North intersection of the east entrance of today's North Bookstore street, there was a Fanlou tea garden with a plaque of "Fanlou historic site" in black on a white background. Guan Baiyi, a famous scholar in Kaifeng, who was the director of Henan Museum from 1930 to 1935, painted a picture of lights in Fanlou. Published in 1935, Henan painting and calligraphy exhibition, the first painting is No. 1, which was hung in the bookstore street in the winter of 1936.
On April 30, 1989, according to the records of "Tokyo menghualu", the reconstructed alum building was completed. The reconstructed Fanlou is a courtyard style imitation Song Dynasty building group composed of five three storey pavilions in the East, the west, the page, the north and the middle. In terms of layout, it mainly adopts the form of East West vertical building extending to the depth. The East building is a street front shop. The roof of the East building is composed of four nine ridge halls (Xieshan style), 30 wing angles and 12 ridges. Its architecture is intricate and varied depending on its shape. After entering the East Building, you can enter the center building through the courtyard space. The central building and the second floor are the historical exhibition rooms, and the third floor is Li Shishi's study, piano room and bedroom. From the longitudinal axis to the end, the main building of Fanlou is the West building. It is the largest and tallest one on the fifth floor, with high, medium and low-grade dining places for 500 tourists at a time. On the third floor is the throne of Emperor Huizong of Song Dynasty. Fanlou was basically designed and constructed according to the Song Dynasty's "construction method".
The origin of the name
Fanlou, also known as baifanlou, is the first of 72 main shops in Bianliang, Tokyo in the Northern Song Dynasty. Some people mistakenly take Bai and fan as surnames, and Fanlou is written as Fanlou in Outlaws of the marsh. In fact, it was not. At first, it specialized in selling alum, so it was called alum building. When was it first built? There is no record in history. But at the latest in the Xiangfu period of emperor Zhenzong of Song Dynasty (1008-1016), it was already a large wine making workshop and restaurant. The annual sales of koji is as high as 25000 kg. In the fifth year of Tiansheng (1027), song Renzong ordered the third division to become a liquor wholesaler by ordering 3000 customers in jingjiaodian to buy and sell liquor every day.
Historical legend
During the Xuanhe reign of Emperor Huizong of Song Dynasty (1119-1125), the Fanlou was overhauled. Menghualu in Tokyo describes the overhauled Fanlou as "three floors high, five floors facing each other, flying bridge sill, light and shade connected, pearl curtain embroidered forehead, and lights shining". At that time, "Fanlou lights" was a grand sight in Tokyo. As Liu Zihui said in his poem, "Liangyuan is full of romantic songs and dances, and good wine is like a knife to relieve sorrow. I remember how happy the youth was, and how they went up to the alum building in the dark of night. " From this poem recalling the past in Tokyo, it's not hard to imagine that the people who go up to the Fanlou in the dark of night are not just for a supper or a meal, but for singing and dancing. In Song Dynasty, it was common for officials, literati and Mohists to have sex with prostitutes. It was not only allowed by the policy, but also regarded as a refined thing. As long as officials did not have sex with prostitutes, they would not be condemned. Therefore, although Fanlou is only a restaurant, its prosperity mainly depends on the people who accompany the banquet, singing and dancing instead of the food. At the same time, if the Song Dynasty wanted to publish a poetry anthology, it was not as convenient as today. When the literati wrote poems and filled in CI, they had to rely on these geisha to spread their fame. Both sides were mutually beneficial, killing two birds with one stone. Why not?
geographical position
Where was the alum building built in the Northern Song Dynasty? There are different opinions. The Fanlou, which was built in 1985 on the imperial street of Songdu, is said to have been rebuilt in its original position. Many people in Kaifeng disagree with this view. Wu Zeng, a Song Dynasty man, said that Fanlou was in jingmingfang outside Donghua gate. According to the investigation, this Jingming square is one of the 16 squares in the second chamber of the left army in the Northern Song Dynasty. According to this statement, some people think that it may be somewhere in the west head of pengban street today. Therefore, whether the tunnel of pengban street is consistent with the legend of song Huizong's tryst with Li Shishi through the tunnel is uncertain, but the general direction is certain.
According to "Ru Meng Lu", Daliang post was originally a small imperial Lane in the Song Dynasty. Huizong was in the place of Xingshi. There was a tunnel under it, which led directly to the palace and courtyard. By implication, Fanlou may be in Xiaoyu lane, daliangyi. In fact, this is another misunderstanding. Fanlou is the place of business, while Daliang post Xiaoyu lane is Li Shishi's home. Her father, Wang Yinyuan, was a craftsman of yongqingfang dyeing Bureau in Bianjing. Shishi's mother died early. Wang Yin took pity on her daughter and took her to Baoguang temple to "sacrifice her life" in order to live a long life. Unexpectedly, Shishi's life was miserable. His father was arrested because he missed the schedule of chengran palace cloth and died in prison. Shishi was adopted by the then "ciyouju Q". A little older was adopted by Madame Li, the bustard, so Master Wang became master Li. Under the guidance of Granny Li, together with his intelligence and natural beauty, Li Shishi was only qualified to enter Fanlou, one of the 72 main shops in Tokyo, after he became famous in the "tile house" and "GouLan" on the streets of Tokyo. Therefore, it is unnecessary to confuse Fanlou with Xiaoyu lane, that is, the place of business and the residence. According to the investigation, Xiaoyu lane, the Daliang post, is today's Guanyi street. In 1124, Emperor Huizong of Song Dynasty conferred Li Shishi as the wife of Ying State. There was a special throne in Fanlou. In fact, the relationship between Emperor Huizong and Li Shishi has been made public. Li Shishi's home in Xiaoyu lane is called "shishifu" by the common people. It is not impossible to dig a tunnel. In March 1127, the Jin army captured Bianjing, and the Jin people burned the Fanlou with a torch. However, the story of Sheng Jing and the romance between Song Huizong and Li Shishi has never been forgotten by Kaifeng people. In the Qing Dynasty, there was a "Fanlou tea garden" in the west of beishudian street and the north of the east entrance of xufukeng street, with a plaque of "Fanlou historic site" hanging on it. In fact, no matter in terms of address or scale, it can't be compared with Fanlou in Song Dynasty. Mr. Guan Baiyi, a Kaifeng scholar who was the director of Henan Museum in the Republic of China, painted a picture of lights in Fanlou, which was published in the book of painting and calligraphy exhibition of Henan in 1935. After 1936, it was hung in the guest hall of weichunlou restaurant in nanshudian street. Before the completion of Yujie street in 1983, it was painted by Cai Baiyi A two-story building will be built at the east entrance of Hutong
