Kuiwenmen
Kuiwenmen is a Ming Dynasty building in Weifang, Shandong Province. It is the southwest gate of dongguanwu in laowei county. It is one of the gates of Dongguan in Weixian county. The existing queven gate was restored in 1988. It is also the opening of Weifang ancient city wall, located on the East Bank of Bailang river. On the third floor of kuiwenmen, the four characters "kite flying and fish leaping" were written on it, which was inscribed by Zou ligui, the former mayor of Weifang, and the three characters "kuiwenmen" under it, which was inscribed by Zhang Jingyuan. On September 8, 1994, Kuiwen District, a new county-level District, was formally established with the approval of the State Council. The name of Kuiwen District came from this.
On the morning of September 23, 2014, a cultural relic protection monument marked with key cultural relic protection units of Shandong Province was erected in front of the kuiwenmen city wall, which will be protected as a key cultural relic of Shandong Province in the future.
