The Navy relief is invested and built by the Urban Construction Bureau of Zhongshan District, Dalian City, and is carved from granite. There are 142 small reliefs in the whole group. The Navy emblem is in the center. On both sides, the scenes of submarines, warships, naval aviation units sailing in formation, amphibious operations and landing by the Marine Corps are depicted, reflecting the grand process of the modernization of the people's navy.
