Seashore National Forest Park is located in the golden zone of Qinhuangdao tourist area. It is 10 km away from the center of Qinhuangdao City in the north, bordering on the Harbor District of Qinhuangdao City, 6 km long coastline in the East and the famous Beidaihe seashore tourist area in the south.

The dense forest in the park provides a good environment for birds to inhabit. There are abundant bird resources, about 380 species of birds, accounting for 93.8% of the total number of birds in Hebei Province, accounting for 32% of the country, including 64 species of birds under national key protection. Among these bird resources, 181 species (79.9%) belong to the agreement on the protection of migratory birds between China and Japan. There are 279 kinds of migratory birds, including Relict Gull, black Headed Gull, white stork, white crane and other rare birds in the world. Here you can enjoy the beauty of all kinds of birds and hear the natural music of warblers and birds. There are bird protection station and tourist reception building in the scenic area.

The forest is deep and the grass is dense, and many rare birds and wild animals come and go there. Squirrels, hedgehogs, hares, magpies, tits, red herons, grey herons, night herons, etc. are associated with people. Being in the forest is like melting yourself into the embrace of nature.

Qinhuangdao seaside National Forest Park is located between Beidaihe District and Haigang District of Qinhuangdao city. In 1950, a large-scale afforestation project along the coastline began. By 1970, the coastal protection system had basically taken shape, covering an area of about 999.88 hectares, becoming the largest artificial forest land in China's urban built-up areas.
