Longxian Palace

Longxian palace scenic spot is located in longquansigou, Dongguan village, Zhangfang Town, Fangshan District, Beijing, which is separated from xianqidong mountain. The altitude of the entrance is 510 meters. It's 100 km away from the center of Beijing. It's 15 km north from the first ferry of Shidu scenic spot. You can get off at sanhezhuang station of Jingyuan railway and get there 2 km north. Outside the cave, there are many mountains and abrupt peaks; in spring, there are birds singing and flowers fragrant; in summer, there are green mountains; in autumn, there are golden fruits and red leaves; in winter, there are white snow and silver.

Introduction to scenic spots

Longxian palace, with an area of 10000 square meters, can be called the first hall in northern China. The mountain is composed of chert banded dolomite and algal laminated dolomite, which grew in the shallow sea and coastal area about 1 billion years ago. The cave hall was formed 70 million years ago. The hall in Longxian palace is magnificent, 150 meters high, 140 meters wide, 170 meters long, with an area of 10000 square meters. The width of Longxian palace is the highest in North China, known as the first Hall of North China. Such large cave beads have not been found in the north of China. What is more worth watching is that there are six "palm shaped stalagmites" in the cave, which are rare objects only occasionally seen in southern caves. It is rare to find them in the north.

The landscape inside the cave is very characteristic. The landscape outside the cave is full of mountains, steep cliffs, green trees, blooming flowers in spring, fruitful fruits in summer, red leaves in autumn and snow in winter. Shuanglongliu stone wall: the stone wall of xionglongliu is 100 meters long and the highest height is 100 meters; the stone wall of the female longliu is a little smaller, which plays the role of enclosing the cave wall. Longdan: Xue Zhu, a scientific name, is an oval crystal of calcium carbonate, 0.63 meters long, 0.43 meters wide and 0.33 meters high. The formation of the cave provides a research topic for researchers and adds a new style to the cave landscape.

Beaver fossils: deduce the development history of crustal changes, and become the iron evidence that the place has changed from ocean to land. It has a history of 270 million years.

Take Liuli River exit of Beijing Shijiazhuang expressway, pass Hancun River, Yunju temple, and pass Zhangfang Erdu 9 km.
