China National Theatre

NTCC is the highest art group of national drama performance in the people's Republic of China. It was founded on December 25, 2001 on the basis of China Youth Art Theatre and Central Experimental Theatre. It has rich artistic creation resources and brilliant historical heritage. Development history

As one of the forerunners of the National Drama Theatre, China Youth Art Theatre was founded in April 1949. Its history can be traced back to Yan'an Youth Art Theatre in 1941. The first president was Liao Chengzhi. Since the founding of the Academy, nearly 20000 plays and nearly 8000 one act plays have been staged successively, most of which are close to the times, close to the people, and reflect the real life of contemporary theme plays, such as catch a strong man, Li shuangshuangshuang, when the maple leaf is red, green room, etc.

Founded in September 1956, the first president of the Central Experimental Theatre is Ouyang Yuqian, one of the founders of Chinese drama, a famous dramatist and educator. Cultural Engineering

As a national key cultural project during the 11th Five Year Plan period, the new theater of National Theatre was officially started at the end of 2007. The new site includes theater and office building, with a total construction area of 21000 square meters. Among them, as a national first-class theater specially designed for drama performance, its exterior design is implicit and heavy, and the design inspiration comes from Chinese traditional architecture and stage elements. The huge arc-shaped wall arches the stone ridged roof with strong Chinese ancient architectural style, and the whole building shows the profound and dignified cultural accumulation.

According to the introduction, the unique feature of Mandarin theater is that the stage, auditorium, lighting and sound system are specially tailored for drama performance. In the design of stage equipment, not only the internationally leading drum type rotating stage is adopted in the stage center, but also four double-layer lifting modules are installed, which can lift, rotate and tilt at any angle, solving the problem of "creative" of many directors The realistic problem of "no stage" provides a flexible choice of stage for drama performance. At the same time, 56 suspenders with ultra-high density are installed above the stage, which is extremely rare in domestic professional drama theaters, and can fully meet the requirements of dance beauty design and use of large-scale drama. In order to meet the performance needs of different dramas, the lift music pool in front of the stage is designed into three independent lift areas, namely, the left, the middle and the right, which can be raised together to form an extended platform lip, and can be lowered separately to form a usable performance space with different heights.

Design innovation

In the early stage of the construction, the national dialect theater fully considered the audience's actual viewing experience, and adopted a number of "humanized" design innovations: for example, the audience hall was installed with wide and comfortable seats, and all the seats were in the way of downward air supply; according to the characteristics of drama performance, the audience hall designed a unique "irregular diffuser" wall, through the special way of sound reflection, so that the actors did not rely on any equipment You can deliver your lines clearly to every corner of the theater. In addition, the configuration performance of the theater lighting system has reached the international professional level: the convenient lighting grouping program control, the comprehensive configuration of conventional and special lamps, and the reasonable installation of a full range of types, which not only meet the requirements of drama performance, but also meet the needs of television broadcasting and television production.

It is reported that in order to celebrate the completion of the new theater, a month long Mandarin theater opening season will be held from now on. At that time, "four generations together", "this is the last struggle", "make blue" and "murder in the sky garden" will be performed here.
