Beijing's capital city temple is a key protect cultural relics in Beijing. It was built in four yuan (1267) from yuan to yuan. During the Yongle period of Ming Dynasty, it was rebuilt and renamed dawailing temple. Later, it was rebuilt many times. The temple faces south with a construction area of about 420 square meters. There are steles of Ming Yingzong, Qing Shizong, Gaozong, Emperor Kangxi and Emperor Yongzheng in the temple.

The main hall of the capital temple is 33 of Cheng Fang street, Xicheng District. It is a key cultural relic to be protected in Beijing. In myth, Town God's Temple is a city god temple dedicated to the capital. It was first built in the fourth year of the Yuan Dynasty (1267). It is named Yousheng Wang Lingying temple. During the Yongle period of Ming Dynasty, it was rebuilt and renamed dawailing temple. Later, it was rebuilt many times. The temple faces south.
Architectural features
On the central axis, there are three gates (temple gate, Shunde gate, and Shanwei gate), and others are bell and Drum Tower, daweiling temple and sleeping temple, two verandas, and zhishengsuo, Jingting, Liaolu, Beiting, etc. There are 5 existing temples with a building area of about 420 square meters. There are steles of Yingzong in Ming Dynasty, Shizong in Qing Dynasty and Gaozong in temple. There are couplets of Emperor Kangxi and Emperor Yongzheng. The city of Beijing is one of the famous temple fairs in the capital city.
