Yang Jingyu's last five days and nights
Yang Jingyu held a meeting in shidaohezi, Huinan County to study the Countermeasures for smashing the enemy's "Great Crusade". The comrades who advocated the withdrawal put forward two plans: first, the troops should be transferred to the Soviet Union and come back when the situation improves; second, Yang Jingyu should take the headquarters to hide in the mountains and forests of Changbai Mountain, and the other troops should stay to fight guerrillas. "Both plans were overthrown by Yang Jingyu." "Yang Jingyu had a loud voice at that time. He advocated fighting here. In this way, he could not only contain some of the enemy's forces and relieve the pressure of the Party Central Committee on the Anti Japanese War, but also play a certain role in consolidating the Anti Japanese Foundation of the local people." In the winter of 1939, it was extremely cold. At this time, a large network of land and air is spreading to Yang Jingyu step by step. In the face of the enemy's crazy suppression, Yang Jingyu's troops decided to break into parts, break through the encirclement separately, and stand by to regroup. "On December 24, 1939, Yang Jingyu still had more than 400 Anti Japanese forces around him. By February 2, 1940, there were only 278 people left. On February 18, the last two guards around Yang Jingyu were arrested when they were buying food and clothes from villagers near Mengjiang county. The enemy found Yang Jingyu's seal from them and judged that he might be nearby, so they sent more troops and planes to carry out the round up. " At about 10 o'clock on February 23, 1940, Yang Jingyu came to sandaowizi forest in Baoan village of Mengjiang County, stepping on the knee less snow, and met four farmers who went into the mountain to collect firewood. Due to the inconvenience, he entrusted them with the purchase of food and clothing. "At that time, he had not entered the field for six days and six nights, and there were hundreds of enemies around him. Almost all the secret camps where the Anti Japanese Alliance stored materials for the winter were destroyed by the enemy, and there was no food to eat in the cold winter. Not to mention the grain, even the grass was buried in two or three feet of snow. " They eat bark, cotton wadding and grass roots. To eat bark, you have to scrape off the old skin first, peel off the green skin one by one, and chew it in your mouth. I can't swallow it at all. I just eat it reluctantly. I feel bad in my stomach. " Yang Jingyu, who is alone, is already exhausted. Not to mention eating a full meal and drinking hot water, it is an extravagant hope to have a good sleep. There is now a small restaurant opposite the place where General Yang Jingyu died. In those days, when Yang Jingyu fought against the enemy, he was backed by a twisted tree. At 3:10 p.m. on February 23, 1940, the enemy who received the traitor's information sent five groups of nearly 200 people to encircle and suppress him. "The enemy knows that Yang Jingyu has been through a hundred battles. They can't send more Japanese troops to fight big Lao Yang.".. At 16:00 on February 23, 1940, Yang Jingyu pointed his gun at the enemy at the last moment of his life. Yang Jingyu's last moment: "the Crusade team has approached (Yang Jingyu) to 100 meters, 50 meters, completely surrounded him. Persuade him to surrender. But he didn't even look like he promised, and he still kept firing at the Crusade team with two guns in his hand. After 20 minutes of fighting, one shot hit his left wrist. But he continued to fight with his right-hand gun. The crusading team thought it was difficult to capture him alive, so they fired at him fiercely. " Finally, because he was outnumbered, Yang Jingyu was shot in the chest by the enemy. He leveled his rifle in his hand and angrily denounced: "who is the surrender of the Anti Japanese League? Get out of here. I have something to say." At the end of the speech, his tall body fell on his back beside the big tree. He was 35 years old. The snow was red with blood. After Yang Jingyu's death, the Japanese aggressors could not understand: since February 18, he had been besieged in the ice and snow, completely cut off food for five days and nights. What did he rely on to survive? In order to solve the mystery, the enemy cruelly cut him open to see, and found that his stomach was full of dead grass, bark and cotton wadding, but not a grain of food! Even the director of the police department of the puppet Tonghua Province, ryichiro kongu, who took part in the encirclement and suppression, had to admit: "although he is the enemy, he sighs at his heroic deeds. He is a great hero!" The most stirring and tragic poems are often born in the most tragic and cruel whirlpool. Because it is not written in ink, but in the final dedication of life. Yang Jingyu explained the firm belief of a Communist Party member with his heroic feat, and showed the courage and blood of the Northeast Anti Japanese Union soldiers. In the place where General Yang Jingyu died, the arduous war of resistance did not seem to have gone far. "The Songhua River is flowing continuously, and the Japanese aggressors will never die." This song has been sung between the White Mountains and the black waters, and it has never been a hit in more than half a century
