Xinjiamu Sumu

It is a kind of Sumu which is mainly based on animal husbandry and combined with agriculture, animal husbandry and forestry. There are natural secondary forest of elm, shrubby grassland of Siberian apricot and wetland vegetation, which constitute a unique natural landscape. There is a national wetland rare bird nature reserve in Sumu.

Xinjiamu Sumu

Xinjiamu Sumu is located 50 Li southeast of Bayanhushu Town, where Keyouzhong banner is located. It is connected with gaoliban town in the south, Tongyu County and Taonan County in Jilin Province in the southeast, and Tuquan County in the north. During the reign of Kangxi, it was the territory of abidabel, the right wing central banner of Horqin, and established a residence, which was named beilehaoruo, which means Beile mansion. Later, it was transferred to Beizi mansion. After liberation, nutuk (District) of Beizi mansion was established under its original name. In 1958, xinjiamu people's commune was established, named after the residence village. In 1984, it was rebuilt in Sumu. In March 2001, it merged with zhuntaiban to form xinjiamu.
