China puppet theater covers an area of 5000 square meters, with 636 audience seats and 1650 square meters of attached entertainment hall. The venue has advanced lighting, sound equipment and other professional facilities. In addition to traditional Chinese puppet shows and puppet shows from all over the world, Chinese puppet theater can also organize theatrical, song and dance, folk art, acrobatics and other art programs and film shows.

China puppet theater is a modern theater invested by the municipal government. The theater covers an area of 5000 square meters, with 636 seats in the auditorium. It has advanced lighting and sound equipment, and specially organizes a variety of Chinese and foreign excellent puppet shows for children, as well as performances in other art forms. Show repertoire

In addition to performing puppet shows in China and other countries in the world, the theater can also perform various kinds of artistic programs such as song and dance, quyi, opera, acrobatics, etc. and show films. Since the completion of the theatre, the Chinese puppet art troupe has staged seven programs, such as the traditional drama "making a noise in the sky" and "happy festival", the new foreign fairy tale drama "Mermaid", "the adventures of puppets" and "fairy tales in spring". The theatre also receives performances from domestic and foreign troupes, such as Japanese Puppet Troupe, German Shadow Puppet Troupe, Chinese Yangzhou Puppet Troupe, etc. These performances were warmly welcomed by the children in the capital. The "Little Star Theater", which is run by the theater, keeps performing all the year round. Every Saturday and Sunday, it becomes a happy home for children. "Little puppet club" has attracted more than 2000 small members, who often participate in various activities held by the theater and become loyal small audiences of puppet drama.

As the main business project of the theater, film screening joined Xinghe cinema in 1997, entered the first round of screening in 1998, and joined Zhonghua cinema in 1999. The Chinese puppet theater, which was completed in 1996 and officially began to perform, has been performing classic puppet dramas from home and abroad since its completion, becoming the puppet art center of China.
