The former site of the puppet Ministry of agriculture is located at No. 8, liberty Road, and now it is the Affiliated Middle School of Northeast Normal University. The Ministry of pseudo industry was established on July 1, 1937. With the continuation of the Japanese War of aggression against China, the puppet Manchukuo central government made many adjustments and changes, and changed the Ministry of industry into the Ministry of agriculture in June 1940. The puppet Ministry of agriculture was the administrative organ in charge of all permanent industries in the enemy occupied areas of Northeast China. It was in charge of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry (except horses, mules, donkeys and camels), aquatic products, minerals, industry, colonization and the development and utilization of other resources. Its organization is set up as an official house, four divisions and four directly subordinate bureaus.

The main entrance of the former site of the Ministry of agriculture of Guoxing in Manchuria faces north, with a construction area of 9871 square meters. It is a two-story building with a plane of "bow" shape and reinforced concrete structure.
