Xujiashan village is a model of stone house building community in the coastal mountain area of eastern Zhejiang Province. When you enter Xujiashan village, you will find stone walls, stone lanes, stone roads, stone bridges and stone steps. The village is very small, and most of them are local old people. On December 13, 2010, stone village of Xujiashan was rated as the fifth batch of "famous historical and cultural villages in China". Different from the general water villages, the buildings in Xujiashan village are built with local bronze "Tongban stone". The houses of the villagers are made of stone and wood, and there are few reinforced concrete houses in the village.
