Pushihe Forest Park

--Pushihe Forest Park has charming original ecological scenery, undulating mountains, primitive dense forest, clear river, and a variety of wild animals. There are also many sites of Jin Richeng, Yang Jingyu and revolutionary activities of the Northeast Anti Japanese allied forces.

--The scenery of the park varies throughout the year. In spring, magnolia flowers and YINGSHANHONG are all over the mountains, among which Magnolia tiannu is a rare one. In summer, it is cool and pleasant, and there is often a sea of clouds. In autumn, maple leaves are red, and the whole Pushihe forest is dyed. In winter, there is a sea of forest and snow, and the ice and snow projects are unique.

Pushihe Forest Park

Pushihe Forest Park is located in Saima Town, Fengcheng City, 115 km away from Fengcheng, 120 km away from Benxi and 165 km away from Dandong. There are direct buses to Dandong and Fengcheng. Monk Hat Mountain, the first peak of Fengcheng City at an altitude of 1208 meters, is located in the park.

With clear water and many waterfalls, the park is the only original forest site preserved in Fengcheng City, with a forest area of more than 3300 hectares, a forest volume of 268000 cubic meters and a forest coverage rate of more than 90%. Pushihe Forest Park is the birthplace of ginseng, mink, Wula grass and the hometown of many rare creatures.

Development history

It was approved as a municipal scenic spot by Dandong Municipal Government in 1983 and a provincial forest park by Liaoning Provincial Government in 1999. Pushihe attracts tourists from home and abroad with its unique primeval forest scenery, colorful biological community and ever-changing Qishan Lishui. In Pushihe Forest Park, the mountains are undulating, majestic and precipitous. There is a dense primeval forest with many tree species. The primeval ecology is well maintained. There are a variety of wild animals. The water conservancy is abundant. The river is clear and the natural landscape is beautiful and charming. In 1983, Pushihe Forest Park was approved as a municipal scenic spot by Dandong Municipal government, and in 1997, it was listed as Liaoning Provincial Forest Park.

From the date of resumption of operation to December 31, 2020, it will be free and open to medical workers all over the country. Doctors, nurses and medical technicians with relevant medical certificates can enter the park free of charge.
