Laoshe Park
Laoshe park is located in the middle of Anhui Road, Shinan District, Qingdao city. It faces the intersection of Dexian road and Qufu road in the north and Hunan Road in the south, facing Qingdao Bay. Hubei road runs through it and is divided into North and south parts, which is an open park. In 2005, the park covers an area of 9800 square meters, with 10 employees and 500000 annual visitors.
Development history
The site of the park was originally a natural gully from guanhaishan to Qingdao Bay, high in the north and low in the south. In the north, there used to be a village of 100 families, named "Dacun". During the period of German occupation of Qingdao, green space was built, known as "tiliwaz Street Garden". It was one of the early parks in Qingdao, covering an area of about 8000 square meters. During the first occupation of Japan, it was renamed "Big Village Park". During the reign of the Beiyang government, it was renamed "the sixth Park". Because of planting roses all over the world, the flowers bloom luxuriantly, and the common people call it "dahuagou". In the 1930s and 1940s, the ground filled with ditches was turned into a garbage dump. Before 1945, it was leveled with the road surface. Platanus acerifolia, Ginkgo biloba, celadon and flowering shrubs were planted, and the park was simply restored. Before the founding of the people's Republic of China, it was barren.
After the founding of the people's Republic of China, individual plant varieties were adjusted and cedar, cherry blossom, crape myrtle and other flowers and trees were planted. Build large rose flower beds, and Plant Euonymus japonicus hedgerows around. The swing, slide and sand pit in the children's activity area are updated, which is called Anhui Road Garden.
During the "Cultural Revolution", green space was destroyed. In the 1970s, the southern part of the garden became a gathering place for philatelists and a stall for buying and selling ancient coins. By the mid-1980s, under Platanus acerifolia and Cedrus forest, it had become a place for the elderly to play cards and chess. In the early 1990s, the real estate transaction crowd occupied half of the park; in the mid-term, it became a spontaneous farmers' market, with stalls selling vegetables, small department stores and fried dough sticks selling snacks occupying the whole park and the edge of the road. Trampling on green space, dumping sewage, garden out of control. After the Shinan District government organized forces to clean up and rectify, the park was restored.
In 1999, the Shinan District government invested 10 million yuan in the renovation. Because of its complex location, there are bus departure stations, hospitals, schools, kindergartens, restaurants and a large number of residential buildings. According to the current environment, it is designed as a park with shady waterscape and cultural landscape by Max architects Co., Ltd. The urban construction management committee of Shinan District organized the construction. It was completed and opened in the same year and named "Laoshe Park".

In the upper part, there is a small colored square brick floor platform and an aluminum alloy fence. In the east side of the platform, there are 11 long stone troughs surrounded by granite, with lawn planted inside. The top of the troughs can be used for visitors to have a rest. At the south end of the platform, water is lifted by the lower pump house to form a waterfall converging in the stilling pool. The stilling pool is located in the west of area F, with a square brick buttress steel frame in the middle and a north-south shed truss in the middle, a long and narrow strip in the East, a Dutch brick floor, and several groups of cast iron flower frame and wood bar seats along the inner side of Platanus acerifolia, forming a quiet leisure area.
