The three storey hotel building built before 1910 with clear water and red brick walls on feidieli Street (today's Zhongshan Road) has a total construction area of 1800 square meters. It is separated by one block from the coast of Emperor William (today's Taiping Road) and forms a corner with Taizi Road (today's South Lake Road). The building is exquisitely decorated with 3-meter-high red brick round certificate windows. The modeling seems to be based on the German classical revival style, and combined with the eclecticism style, forming a luxurious facade image. The upper part of the building's eaves facing the street is decorated with a quarter round hole, red brick as the thread foot, and the corner stone is built. Although in the past hundred years, most of the doors, windows and interior hardwood floors are still the same.
