Tiger platform is the parade platform. It was built by the third generation of kings for the Prince "tiger" in 397 A.D. when the kingdom of Nanliang established its capital Xiping (now Xining). The original platform has nine floors, with 100000 soldiers under it. Now there are only mounds left. This is a quiet place in Xining. Most of them are local exercisers. There is also a Xining Museum in the park. Although there are not many exhibits, they can still be seen around.
