Great Ruyi Holy Land
"Da Ruyi Holy Land" is a Suzhou tourist attraction with Taihu Lake in the South and Miaomiao peak in the north. It is surrounded by mountains like green dragon and white tiger in the East and West. It covers an area of nearly 700 Mu and includes a kilometer of lake shoreline. The "great Ruyi Holy Land" provides more than 2000 parking spaces. The "great Ruyi Holy Land", including the great Guanyin Buddhist temple and the huge Chinese open-air golden statue of Ruyi great Guanyin, is composed of six blocks: entrance service area, climbing Buddha area, self-cultivation area, Buddha interaction area and lakeside leisure area. The core area of the temple is surrounded by various scenic spots, integrating Taihu Lake landscape, religious culture and garden art.
Development history
"Da Ruyi Holy Land" was first built in Huashan temple in the second year of Yuanjia (425 A.D.) of the Southern Dynasty, with a history of more than 1590 years.
It is the oldest Guanyin Daochang in China, more than 400 years earlier than that in Putuo Mountain, Zhejiang Province. Bai Juyi, Su Shunqin, Wen Zhengming and other scholars have left a large number of poems here.

Bus transfer: take bus No.69 at the first and last station of South Square of railway station to qunliqiao station, and then transfer bus no.695 to Qili station
Self driving route: North Ring Expressway - Taihu Avenue viaduct - Suzhou Ring Road - Fulong road - Zhoushan road - go to Jinting, cross the three bridges of Taihu Lake - go straight after crossing the bridge, go straight along the main roads (Daqiao Road, Jinting Road, Meiyuan Road), cross Jinting town - Cross Jiayi Hotel (T-junction, heading for Tangli) and turn right - go straight to Da Ruyi Shengjing.
