According to folklore, dongguoyuan village was a private orchard in Anlu mountain in Tang Dynasty. In Tianbao period of Tang Dynasty, Anlu mountain was the governor of Pinglu, Fanyang and Hedong, and was resident in Yuyang. It is said that black wolves and black people often haunt the valley. Therefore, local people seldom set foot here. The niangniangding mountainside, which is closely related to the valley, was built in Tang Dynasty. Since 2009, it has been rebuilt.
